2.) The criminal complaint seems to be very contradictory. They didn't want to arrest him in the courtroom but spoke to the courtroom deputy. I don't think ICE should have any business doing that unless they have a judicial warrant.


There is no need to involve the deputy of the courtroom if they wanted to make this arrest as if the deputy was helping them to facilitate the arrest.
