As a US citizen you are required to appear if you are summoned for Jury Duty. I'm a US citizen and live in MA. I can be summoned once every 3 years. I cheat a little and postpone it for a year. So every 4 years. I believe in my civic duty so when I appear I don't try to get out of it by lying and saying I can't be impartial. I've been selected 2x. 1 was a long trial, I think 3 weeks. The other short, 1-2 days. The other times, sat read my kindle and waited. Most of the trials those days settled.

If you want to spend your life deluged in topics regarding a country you've never been to, it might behoove you to understand it's basic customs and practices.

I've sat on juries and I've always thought that juries do their duty conscientiously and follow the evidence and law regardless of their feelings.
So I think it makes my point.

As previously discussed, the lack of a defense is becoming glaringly obvious as is the nullification strategy.
