As I said, like the US, Germany has a robust legal system. So, though, I don't care to review whatever nonsense you posted, I am 100% sure, that there was a legal rational for whatever happened. A legal reasoning that whatever headline or propaganda you read didn't highlight. And even if they did you wouldn't understand it as you don't live in either Germany or the US.

The nuttery of it all. You literally live in a place where someone can either rape or cut up a 10 year old for some ritual and get off by bribing the police and you are worried about laws in a country that you've never been to, that has systems and systems (sometimes not perfect, but much much better than Nigeria) to help such victims.
