There are figures that at one time CO2 concentrations were above 800 ppm ( parts per million) against todays 442 ppm.
The narrative being pushed is that fossil fuels are increasing CO2 and warming the planet.
At the same time we need to green the earth by planting more trees. Trees need CO2 for photosynthesis. More CO2 more trees, more food from farms.
When does that gas become dangerous for the environment because we are told burning fossil fuels increases CO2 and droughts are severe, ocean levels rise, tornados are frequent, heat waves are hotter, forest fires started by arsonists are more severe etc.
In short every little natural occurrence beyond the control of mankind is being touted as more severe because climate change
