SCOTUS is not against him..Cases have to work their way upwards exceedingly slowly before they get there. Trump cases in NY are still sitting in the Appeal Courts
If you remember Jack Smith in his haste to jail Trump before elections bypassed the Appeals Court and went straight to SCOTUS. He needed an emergency ruling on presidential immunity. He knew the Appeals court would take it's time,then finally to Supreme Court. The evil Trump needed to follow the election results from a jail cell .
