this flawed analysis of number of modern houses in terms of land mass was what brought about my argument about population density. if consider population density as clearly shown in this map u will see that this peson is wrong. again, he is considering biggest cities alone, rural areas has more mansion in the east the east

higher population density means more population per square area of land. south east is the size of oyo but have a population probably 3 times that of oyo (4get naija census) plus everybody living outside SE has a decent house back home, so u cant judge the number of houses by landmass alone, dats my point

I once raised an alarm on this road early this year...before the elections and begged that it should be moved to the front page may be somebody at the top might hear about it and take action but nothing was done.
