Cowrywise as middleman for trustbanc makes sense compared to trustbanc prime pro. Funds I transferred to trustbanc mmf via prime pro since yesterday is still pending. When I funded my trustbanc mmf account via cowrywise, it reflected immediately and I started earning. Cos of N250 I decided to do trustbanc mmf via prime pro, while still retaining trustbanc mmf via cowrywise. Now see me
InvestmentRe: Mutual Funds by Batman2412(m): 7:14am On Jan 29
Oh thank God. No mind me bro. Thanks for the clarification
Preator:
No o. I mean it might take a couple of days or not up to that. It will definitely show
InvestmentRe: Mutual Funds by Batman2412(m): 12:07am On Jan 29
Couple of days? Or might not show? Who even send me sef?
Preator:
Might take a couple of days to show 😂. Or might not. But it will definitely show up.
InvestmentRe: Mutual Funds by Batman2412(m): 10:13pm On Jan 28
So I decided to fund trustbanc mmf directly via prime pro some couple of hours ago. Yeah, no charges. But the fund has not reflected on my dashboard. When I funded my trustbanc mmf via cowrywise, the funds reflected on my dashboard within few minutes. I'm beginning to think the extra N250 charges with cowrywise is worth it. I'm allergic to delays
InvestmentRe: Mutual Funds by Batman2412(m): 7:47pm On Jan 28
Yeah, that was what i thought until i recently discovered there's trustbanc app (prime pro) which i just downloaded. No service charge. I'm thinking of using cowrywise to check rate while i invest in the choosen AM directly. Though I'm already in trustbanc mmf via cowrywise
FRANKLYex:
the shopping arena wey cowrywise be is one of the benefit I enjoy with them. You can literally switch between fund managers without loosing any day return
InvestmentRe: Mutual Funds by Batman2412(m): 7:43pm On Jan 28
I've downloaded trustbanc app and its alright, no service charge. How about i liquidate trustbanc mmf via cowrywise to fund trustbanc directly? Does it make sense?
InvestmentRe: Mutual Funds by Batman2412(m): 6:52pm On Jan 28
If I decide to do trustbanc mmf directly while I'm already on trustbanc mmf via cowrywise, would there be any issues? That 250 bucks cowrywise collect from me each time I wanna top up trustbanc mmf can get me a bag of pure water
InvestmentRe: Mutual Funds by Batman2412(m): 7:02pm On Jan 26
Just do trustbanc via cowrywise
amnwa:
Please which mutual fund is idea to invest in now? I am using cowrywise.
Arm money market fund on palmpay has a higher interest rate than in cowrywise. I don't know why.

Also thinking of trustbanc and cowrywise investment portfolio. Ps I am a beginner.

United Capital redemption is 2 minutes for funds under 2m
LadyCaplin:
My fellow investors.

I am not impressed with the online redemption process with Stanbic IBTC MMF. Initiated a redemption last week Thursday: nothing.

I have initiated another today (before 12noon), let me see how it goes.

P.S. This is my first redemption since i started investing with them.

InvestmentRe: Mutual Funds by Batman2412(m): 2:04pm On Jan 25
Too volatile. I'm not doing again. That 26% is the damn glitch, not the previous 14%
Preator:
It will likely not pass this week sef. But even their normal rate is one of the best available

Edit
E don adjust to 16.18 already 😁😁
InvestmentRe: Mutual Funds by Batman2412(m):
Dondav:
Hmmmm....
faam mmf too volatile joor. Ma go delete my account. Dem no gree me yet move commot from bronze cos dem still dey verify my address since Friday. The app dey allow me whenever e like. This moment, my phone number and email dey incorrect, next moment I don enter...mtchew
InvestmentRe: Mutual Funds by Batman2412(m): 6:49pm On Jan 23
You don't have to call nor email. Everything with cowrywise is automated. You click on the plan you want, they give you bank account to pay to and 1 hour to make your payment. As soon as you transfer, they will receive it immediately and units will be allocated to you. You check your dashboard and you see your balance
Alaska90:
Thanks
But on the first question, can I deposit money directly to my cowrywise wallet using my direct bank tranfer without me calling or sending email to anybody to check for my deposit? I mean is it automatic?
InvestmentRe: Mutual Funds by Batman2412(m): 6:34pm On Jan 23
Aggressive=high risk
Moderate=Medium risk
Conservative=Low risk
Gokoyer0:
Thank you.

Which one do you think I should focus on for wealth building and for long term plan? The word "aggressive", ""moderate" and "conservative" is it referring to longevity or riskiness of the funds? I checked, I realised that conservative(e.g Trustbanc) has highest ROI over Moderate (United Capital Balanced), and
Aggressive (Afrinvest Equity Fund). I know the higher the return, the higher the risk. So this makes the classification more confusing. What does the word "aggressive" means?

I am a newbie, I only invested in cowrywise stocks and a bit of foreign bonds. I want to dive into thier mutual funds because of compounding effect.
InvestmentRe: Mutual Funds by Batman2412(m): 6:11pm On Jan 23
Thank you
welzyj2:
90 days but you can cash out your funds at anytime. Its just your interest will be penalised. Not sure abt the percentage
InvestmentRe: Mutual Funds by Batman2412(m): 2:28pm On Jan 23
Trustbanc mmf via cowrywise
welzyj2:
It depends on your investment. It's not controlled by cowrywise though. It's determined by the fund managers

Check the learn more under the particular investment
InvestmentRe: Mutual Funds by Batman2412(m):
What is cowrywise minimum withholding period? 30 days or 90 days?
InvestmentRe: Mutual Funds by Batman2412(m): 11:02pm On Jan 20
Most of these investment apps are crazy. I'll rather invest in arm via cowrywise
Bababull:
Please house I need help.I have downloaded arm one app for play store and I have been trying to upload my selfie along my BVN.as requested from the app, so I can start with my investment with them, since yesterday up till this moment,it not responding and I have sent email to the customer service no response.Can anyone using Arm one guide me on how I can start up investment with them🙏
InvestmentRe: Mutual Funds by Batman2412(m): 10:58pm On Jan 20
Payout is quarterly. I dunno if their minimum withholding period is 1 month or 3 months. My plan is to leave money there for 3 months after which I can withdraw whenever I like. Rate fluctuate daily. Like today its 19.3% per annum
Kpboy1:
Thank you. Please how often is the payout, can it be flexible like weekly or monthly? What's the annual rate or monthly rate. Thanks again

No benefit except 2 weeks of s3x and a lifetime of misery. Besides, it doesn't make sense having another set of parents and siblings. Live free and be happy. Avoid drama at all cost
InvestmentRe: Mutual Funds by Batman2412(m): 8:26pm On Jan 16
Help me choose between trustbanc mmf via cowrywise @ 18% with 1.4% management fees and cowrywise @ 16% with 0% management fees. Currently with ucap @ 15% and I want something new
InvestmentRe: Mutual Funds by Batman2412(m): 8:53am On Jan 12
I just use cowrywise to check rates of other asset management firms. Sometimes ucap rate will just freeze for days but when I check ucap rate on cowrywise, its always updated

Preator:
A capitalist must always squeeze out the highest return from every resource available. To do otherwise is illogical. I stayed with stanbic same way for a while until i computed what i was loosing with the differentials.

I moved to cowrywise last week after moving the funds in bits and losing some daily returns in the process due to bank's transfer limit.

But those loses are recovered. ( I placed a staggered withdrawal in 50m tranches) GT allows 25m max a day.

Once the money drops, i move 25m immediately, then wait till 12.01am and move another 25m. Note that the second 25 also earns a return by 6am same day on Cowrywise.

Trustbanc offers me 19.62 today. Its not static but it has been consistently 3% above stanbic. I do have some funds left in stanbic, but the bulk of my funds are working to the fullest.

If u want to move, place withdrawals (50m each) on monday, wednesday and friday. They should drop by next monday, Wednesday and friday latest. Do the same day and midnite move to ensure u dnt lose returns. Its slow, it's time consuming, it's laborious but money comes from labour.

See screenshot below. Stanbic is 15.63 today, TB is 19.62. i have assumed 18.63 sim if the rate difference stays at just 3%. Even if TB goes low, there are other options on Cowrywise u can move to monthly. People will say its stress, but that's how money is made.
I've been seeing trustbanc rate on cowreywise but I'm scared about something I read sometime ago wrt trustbanc closing account that doesn't have some certain kind of millions (I've forgotten the amount). Is it applicable to their mmf? Must I invest several millions at once with trustbanc mmf via cowrywise?
