Nigerian celebrity makeup artist, Oluwaseyi Williams popularly referred to as Kumbalee, is dead

The popular Nollywood makeup artist died on Sunday night, following a fatal motorcycle accident while heading home from an event.

Unfortunately, Kumbalee celebrated his birthday on August 2, 2020.

Friends have since taken to his Facebook page to mourn the sad loss.

Nollywood Actress, Tonto Dikeh, has praised the President Muhammadu Buhari-led administration stating that the government is doing so much for Nigerians.

According to the actress, the government has the youths in mind and doing so much for their advancements.

She said,

“I actually think that the government is doing a lot. Prior to being a member of the CYMS, I didn’t have the knowledge of the fact that the government has so many platforms assigned to youths to be able to get them to the next level.

“I didn’t know that because something that is actually, is worse than the pandemic which is actually eating into our society and that is fake news, which is wrong news, which is bad news.

“Which is what we have and always have been getting, the news that the government is trying to help the youths or the platform in which they help the youth are not found.

“The information just stops half way, and it`s not getting to the people who actually need it. “

The Nollywood actress, however, said that CYMS, being a mobilisation and sensitisation organisation, was working to ensure that youths are enlightened by the organisation so as not to give up on the government`s programmes.

According to her, CYMS has many empowerment programmes with different initiatives for the youths.

Dikeh was recently appointed, as the Director, Social & Empowerment of Committee of Youth on Mobilization and Sensitization (CYMS).

A video going viral across the internet has captured the moment a toddler was seen with some adults doing a cult greeting.

In the video, the 3-year-old boy appeared to have been familiar with the style of greeting as he could be seen doing it Effortlessly while he was being hailed by the men on the scene.

He was however being compensated with cash as he moved from one person to another to offer them greetings.

The first lady of Kwara state, Dr. Olufolake Abdulrazaq, this morning disclosed that Risikat Azeez, the Kwara woman who went viral because of her and her daughters' blue eyes, has asked to be reunited with her husband, Wasiu Omo-Dada.

Mrs Abdulrasaq who was one of the first to offer a helping hand to Risikat and her children, disclosed this in an interview with TVC this morning.

''A lot of people have come on board, not just myself. I think the whole of Kwara is very happy with the story and with how things are turning out for Riskat and her children. I know you are probably aware that her husband has also come out now and he has come to our office and we have had a conversation with him and Risikat herself has said she wants to be reunited with him.'' the first lady said

Recall that Riskiat went viral a few weeks ago after a Twitter user shared her story online. Risikat in an interview said her husband walked out on her and their daughters because of their blue-eyes.

The husband however granted an interview a few days ago where he denied abandoning them because of the color of their eyes. He said he loves his wife and children and that he had no problem with the color of her eyes. According to him, things turned sour in their marriage after Risikat became ''wayward'' and wasn't ''submissive'' to him.

US Evangelist and leader of the Church-owned institution, Liberty University, Jerry Falwell Jr. has agreed to take an indefinite leave of absence after a photo of him in an unzipped pant surfaced on the internet.

The private university in Lynchburg, Virginia, gave no reason for Falwell's departure in a one-sentence announcement late Friday afternoon. But it came after Falwell's apology earlier this week for a since-deleted photo he posted online that showed him with his pants unzipped, stomach exposed and his arm around a young woman in a similar pose.

The statement said the Executive Committee of Liberty's board of trustees, acting on behalf of the full board, met Friday and requested that Falwell take leave as president and chancellor, “to which he has agreed, effective immediately.”

An early and high-profile supporter of President Donald Trump, Falwell has served since 2007 as president of the university founded by his evangelist father, the late Rev. Jerry Falwell.

He did not immediately return a call seeking comment. University spokesman Scott Lamb said he had no further comment.

In an interview this week with Lynchburg radio station WLNI, Falwell said the woman in the photo was his wife's assistant and that the picture had been taken during a “costume party” while on vacation.

“Lots of good friends visited us on the yacht,” the caption of the photo said, in part. “I promise that's just black water in my glass. It was a prop only.”

He said the woman — who also had her midriff exposed — was pregnant, couldn't get her pants zipped and he imitated her, saying it was all in “good fun.”

“I’ve apologized to everybody, and I've promised my kids ... I'm going to try to be a good boy from here on out," he said in the interview.
