To be honest, if you read what happened, you'll understand why the police is saying this.

From what we heard, it was a stop and search operation. The police man was said to have asked them to pull over. As they were waiting for the car in front of them to move so that they could park well, the unfortunate incident happened.

I mean, there was no justification whatsoever for him to have done that. The first thing that came to my mind when I read that story was accidental discharge of firearm.

The story went further to say that the suspect also threatened to shoot the sister of the deceased. Asin, does that look ordinary? I think he panicked or something like that.

Honestly, I feel for both families. The family of the deceased for losing a loved one and the family of the suspect for the shame and misery he brought to them. Thirty three years of service all gone down the drain in split seconds. He's definitely going to spend a long time in prison.

I know we're angry and disappointed. But after all the emotions, let's sit down to properly analysed what might have happened. Let's temper Justice with mercy.

Would I have said this if she was my loved one? I don't know.

RIP to her and I pray the family gets the fortitude to bear this grate lost and I pray justice is served.

If you have 10m Naira you have no business leaving Nigeria. Edit: at least not for economic reasons. If you cannot find a business to turnaround and compound that capital, then your problem is not Nigeria but you.

If you can find a business that can generate 10% a month, in 12 months you will have 30m, in 2 years, N100m and in 3 years, N300m. You will never achieve that kind of success abroad.

Paint it the way you want, this policy is very wrong. You can't just go copy one system from Europe and impose it on us without taking note of the structures on which they were built in that Europe.

This is just a tip of the Iceberg on the attendant issues with this policy, there over 100 other cases that are yet to be noticed and will largely affect SMEs which this govt claim to be its main apostle.

So many countries in NATO are deadweight, it's like burger peanuts snacks, na just air full inside. I mean, of what use are countries like Albania, Iceland, Slovakia, North ~Macedonia, Latvia, Montenegro, Romania, Croatia, and Slovenia to NATO? To me, the only useful members are Germany, France, the UK, the US, and maybe Canada and Poland.

All other countries are just fillers. Their territory is so small, a population so tiny, not a military powerhouse, and at best, will just send a few men and money just to contribute their own share in the common defense. But if it comes to a direct battle between NATO and Russia, the war is actually between Russia and the US and other larger EU forces.

Which begs the question, why does the US have to gather countries just to fight one? isn't it the behavior of a loser to hide in the crowd to fight their own battles? Russia and China share one of the longest land borders on earth and are both military powerhouse, resources, and economical heavyweights, are in BRICS, have a good relationship, and have the same common enemy.

They could easily just become military allies like NATO, but they didn't, because they are assured of their strength and feared nothing. If you are big, strong, and powerful, you will have no fear or to hide in an alliance, something the US shamelessly does. And somehow, people on this forum are so blind to see the game for what it is when it is even when it is as clear as day. Brainwashing is really bad. Turns a grown up man to an idiot.

What Russia is passing through right now is nothing compared to what modern China passed through from 1949 when the west implemented a complete embargo on them. But the Chinese built their system entirely out of the western model, to rely on themselves, and right now, they are the only country that the US or collective west CANT sanction, and are the only ones that can sanction the US back, and make them bleed. Just google the list of sanctions China has imposed on the US, but your western media won't tell you that.

Russia is even in a more sophisticated place to build and progress better than China if they put in the work. They have the land, the resources, the oil, the tech (and can improve on it), inherited a civilization, and are very hardworking. The west sanctioning them is just an opportunity for them to build their system of self-reliance and become even stronger. That is the way of the warrior. You turn lemon into lemonade. The west is not god. Hopefully, you stop being a western prostitute, and establish yourself in your truth, I pray.
