Many kids in southern states achieve high scores. But because the admission spaces are limited the cut off are set high. This means a good number of them that would otherwise be eligible for admission in northern states are left up dry.
Scoring 40/200 in an exam is close to being stupid. Such pupils have no business being in unity school.
