DaniDarvey: Interesting. Made my first million by selling a property for someone. 10% of 35million was something extraordinary. I remember expecting the transfer to my account and when I got to the bank, the Lady checked and told me my balance was N2,000. I sat down at the bank waiting and when I met her to help me check again she almost insulted me. I believe in her mind she was like why are you disturbing me for maybe one chicken change you are expecting. I just kept my cool and sat there for almost an hour. Then I just looked at her and I guess she just decided to help me check again and the next thing I knew, she walked up to me and said sir its like your account has been credited. From that moment she was just calling me sir and she offered that I upgrade my account from a savings to a current account and also open a business account. My shakara that day was the bomb.

I got a job. I still struggle to save cash in my account unless there's a pressing need for that. All I do is to keep buying lands in my state capital. Each time I try to build up savings, my sister would call me that some plots of land are available for sale. Resisting this has been my greatest struggle. I have to learn how to balance my financial life. That is making investments as well as keeping savings. bros you've done well just be sure the lands are legit |

Adiwana: Investment is a real tricky stuff and you may find out that at the end of the day,it wasn't even worth it.Chances of making it on the long run maybe high but it can easily sway in the other directon
The problem with property is the supply and demand. Am currently selling a property of 8 3bedroom flats with each @20k/m except 1 which is 2bedroom going for 15k/m and has a shop attached of real worth N45 million for N25 million for a client. That's how many percentage decrease?? Had to bring down the price from N29 million cause there's no demand for it.If its bought at its current price, hes making a loss of N20 million.Thats 10yrs of rent @2m/annum - maintenance gone just like that.Thats real devaluation right here. You might find out considering the amount of maintenance put into the house and inflation,he didn't even make that much profit considering the timefeame of the investment
I have first bank shares which was bought in 2007.Bought at N66,000. But as at 3-4yrs ago,I was receiving N2k dividend.Price of first bank shares atm is N6 as of last week I checked. That's real loss considering the amount invested and time. the bolded |

Plead: Rubbish. So if I should give you the insults of your life that will make you regret why you came to life the next thing is to physically assault me abi? I repeat,no amount of verbal assault equates or requires physical assault. Insult the person back or forget about it.
Honestly,I keep saying it that 90% of Africans(especially Nigerians) if given the chance to live in the west they won’t last upto 5months before being locked up/thrown into jail.
Animals ! As usual, you don't get the point. Don't go around insulting people. Some day it might just be someone crazier than you. You hold up the west as if freak thing's do not happen there |

MariaAngeles: Careful with your words yeah ? You can share your opinion without insults. No man has the right to lay hands on the mother of your children ( and right in front of them). Believe me, they're never going to forget that! Fixed Some women just like some men could deserve a slap o |
