My only but is that these are only for private vehicle owners. Yellow buses dont care about those cameras or whatever. Those yellow buses pays heavy taxes per day. Try to enter a bus in Lagos and see the amount they pay as ticket per bus stop. Maybe reasons they are exempted 1 Like |
