Thank you so much @ifeoma77 ... you really are a lifesaver!! I would do just that. Ifeoma77: 1. No it doesn't count as a UK visa denial. 2. It's not compulsory to fill schedule A form. That ADR is totally random. Some who filled it upfront still got ADR to provide it again. Others who didn't fill despite having visa refusals, did not get ADR. If you decide not to fill it, remember to take screenshots of your e-Apr before submission. Just in case the ADR comes later. So your schedule A and e-Apr mirror each other |

Congratulations to all PPR clinchers ... may the land of Canada favour you..
Seniors kindly help torchlight this matter.
1. My husband applied for endorsement from Technation but was denied (twice). Does this count as a visa denial since he never actually applied for the UK Tier 2 Visa cos he didn't get the endorsement?
We don't want to answer NO in the statutory question and then have issues later.
2. Is it compulsory to fill a schedule A form upfront because of previous US visa denials? I am bit confused because most of the information on the form are already on the eAPR form and the refusal letter is also attached to the letter of explanation.
Please help.
Thank you.

Thank you. Topsmamen: 1. The Family member proof of status and Proof of PR/Citizenship of Sibling placeholders will carry the same proof.
2. Proof of residency in Canada of Sibling will hold utility bills as you have already uploaded.
3. Proof of sibling relationship should hold your birth certificate, his birth attestation document, both the bio-data pages of your international passports. |

Thank you @Topsmamen. I will do just that. Appreciate your help. Topsmamen: 1. Proof of Sibling PR: This is to show evidence of your sibling’s PR status in Canada such as their PR card or signed copy of their CoPR (if PR card is not yet ready). You can also add a copy of the stamped visa on your sibling’s passport.
— Family Member Proof of Status: This would have the same proof as 1 above. Sibling’s PR card or CoPR, passport etc. This means you’d upload same documents in both placeholders.
2. You can get an affidavit/attestation of birth document for your sibling. This will suffice. |

Ifeoma77: One is to prove that the person is a PR and the other is to prove that the person resides in Canada right now. PR card will do for the first placeholder and for the other one, I guess things like recent Bills, drivers license and the like. Are you Catholics? Do you have baptismal cards/certificates. That might work but the most ideal is the birth certificate. He should search well biko Thank you so much for your response @ifeoma77 1. There is another placeholder for Proof of Residency, which is where i attached his utility bill. I am assuming the reason for the repeated placeholder is because i included him in the list of family members as well. There are four placeholders in total: Proof of Sibling PR, Proof of Sibling Residency, Proof of Sibling relationship and Family member proof of status. Not sure. 2. We are not Catholics and he has exhausted all means to find the birth certificate even searching for scanned copies of it. However, he included my name in his PR application and i was hoping attaching both our international passports, my birth certificate and some family photos might help. Please advice. Thank you |

Hello Seniors,
I am Post-ITA, please I need some help
1. what is the difference between Proof of Sibling PR and Family member proof of status. I have the two placeholders and they both seem to refer to my sibling's PR card. Do i upload the same card in both places?
2. Also under proof of sibling relationship, I have my birth certificate with our parent's names but my sibling cannot find his own birth certificate. What other document can be used for this?
Thank you |
