Augustine Again: why people laugh at this south african military..hahhaha...simple reasonNow that you've accepted that you've made a fo*l of yourself re: the above and your supposed "special invitation", you've decided to shrink into your usual Seleka shell. Even then, you continue to disgrace your children. We were in CAR in terms of a bilateral agreement. With the change of guard in CAR, what further business did we have there? What right even, did we have to be in there? We did enough to get our people out and had deployed sufficiently to do whatever was necessary. We weren't on a peace-keeping mission or anything of that sort. This should not have to be explained to you. You claim to be a researcher but basic concepts and current events allude you. |
Augustine Again: Nigerian Navy is the only African force invited among the participating 40 countries of the worldYou did well to change you initial post, which read: "Nigeria the only African navy that was invited". Guess you've since realised that South Africa was in fact invited eh? Well done. Suppose for once you properly researched something. You are still fake, however. ![]() Oh, i take it you do realise that South Africa has hosted one? ![]() http://rpdefense.over-blog.com/sa-not-going-to-royal-australian-navy-international-fleet-review EDIT: I take the above back! ![]() South Africa was invited. You are clueless. |
Augustine Again: .As predictable as the rising of the sun. You ran out of ideas a decade ago. The NAF should take the man hours they invested in you and your desk job back. Remember that you are sitting with a failure in Mali. So, I wouldn't get too carried away with the pictures, if I were you. Bon appetit to me. Cheers! |
Augustine Again: .Deal with the content. Don't come here with your cowardly "sub tweets". One needn't be a formula one driver to comment about last week's race. Fake MBA logic yet again. No respectable person ranks Naai-geria above South Africa. That's a fact. Put that in your pipe and smoke it. Off to enjoy my dinner. You can cry over the above and cause a river to flow from Lagos to Timbuktu. Nothing will change. |
Msauza: Atleast it is only in SA where civilians have the rights to open a case against the police for abuse of power. This privilege is unfortunately not enjoyed in Nigeria as police have every right to harass civilians and still get away with it without paying any compensation. Harassment by the police is an order of the day in Nigeria and poor civilians have nobody to speak on their behalf by suing the state, especially where the abuse of power took place.Exactly, as is the case in every self-respecting democracy. The article simply serves to demonstrate the strength of our democracy. It's a positive and not a negative. |
NaijaPikinGidi: Bulletproof vests worn 'incorrectly' in CARYour post was weak and it definitely deserved no acknowledgement. Your post simply affirms South Africa's approach of continuos improvement. 1. Who made the observation? The South African military did. 2. Is wearing vests optional? Yes, it is. The report says clearly. 3. Will rules be improved to make wearing vests mandatory? The report says clearly that this is being considered. The observation is entirely an internal South African military observation and therefore, it talks to self-improvement, doesn't it? Weak post, Naijapigoon. |
Augustine Again: It's obvious that South Africa has the capability. 500 pages have shown that. It's also obvious that Naai-geria does not have the capacity to build what Denel has built. 500 pages later and all we have from Naai-geria is the Igirigi and a toy robot. Grasping at straws, yet again. In any case, your robot is an exhibition toy. Where has it been used? By whom? How many units are out there? I bet you do not even have the production lines to produce 5 of those toys. |
Augustine Again: you just hit the nail on the head, this is the real problem with south african military and why those who know their weakness will NEVER rank them above nigeria, algeria, ethiopia, and morocco.Oh, you wish, fake MBA. No credible commentator would even try to rank South Africa below Naai-geria. Everyone knows doing that would cause them to be laughed at. You're grasping at straws. As if there aren't people out there that know the strengths of the South African military. Strengths that Naai-geria can only dream of, as has been shown time and again. Your attempts to bump up Naai-geria in the rankings keep failing, because informed commentators don't subscribe to wishful thinking. |
Hezron Lorraine: you don't read b4 u reply with junks.1. You do not have a legal qualification. 2. You have not been admitted into the profession. Which system recognises you as a lawyer? The Naai-gerian system? OK, then. I should've known better. You'll make a poor lawyer IF you ever get there one day. You don't even know not to use "junk" in the plural form. Yet, you claim to be a lawyer. |
My movie is starting ![]() Enjoy Looogooozzz surckazzzz. ![]() |
Hezron Lorraine: corrected it while u were quoting.let me enlighten u again. You still remain clueless. The fact is that you claimed to be what you are not. If you were a lawyer to begin with, law school would have taught you that your character and what you do, do not strengthen a weak argument. There'd be no need for you to tell us that you're a lawyer, if you really were one. You'd just argue your point and move on. Lawyers will look at the content of your argument. Not who you are or what you do. Moving along to your useless points. South Africa and the UK have a bar system. If you are called to the bar in South Africa, you're an advocate. Barrister in the UK. Attorneys aren't in the bar in South Africa. Ditto solicitors in the UK. Barristers, advocates, attorneys and solicitors all practise law. I don't know what you mean by: "so the legal body shifted focus to accept lawyers with law school qualifications into any legal proceeding.". That's rubbish. If you aren't admitted as a Barrister, advocate, attorney or solicitor, you cannot appear in any court (caveat - unless you're are a candidate attorney, pupil etc). You are talking about concepts that you don't grasp .But what's that gotta do with the price of cheese in China, anyway? Why even mention it? That's admission-into-the-bar issue. Not an education issue. In South Africa, you do pupilage for one year after law school and the high court will admit you as an advocate. You do articles for two years after law school and the high court will admit you as an attorney (less if you do practical legal training). In both instances, you still need to sit for "the exam". You aren't a lawyer simply by virtue of having gone to university. You still have to go through these things I discuss above, before you can be released to an unsuspecting public. You haven't even obtained a legal qualification, let alone worked in a law firm. Better still, let alone being admitted as an attorney. Yet, here you are claiming to be a lawyer. How? If you define a "lawyer" as someone who is interested in or studies law - fine, then. However, if you define "lawyer" as someone who is qualified to practice law, well... In any case, the first definition is a waste of my time because studying law does not mean that you know anything. You certainly know absolutely nothing. I repeat: law school will give you jurisprudence (i.e. legal theory) and case law, but going to law school is only the beginning. Without articles, associateship, pupilage etc, you are just full of theory. You haven't even gone to law school. You don't even have the theory. You haven't even begun. You are an aspirant lawyer. Accept that and be happy. Don't tell us that you are something that you are not. The more you speak, the more clueless you sound. |
Msauza: Is that movie already playing in cinemas? I have only saw the trailerIm overseas and it's been here for a while. A South African friend says that she saw it in Joburg last night (Friday in SA). So yes, you can see it. Cheers! |
NaijaPikinGidi: Abeg make you try free dis boy ... No allow am kpeme for your hand because of him weak mental state.Trying to save your hapless fake lawyer. Enjoy Hillbrow, sir. I bid you adieu! |
Time to go live my life. I'm going to watch "World War Z" with South Africa's very own Fana Mokoena and Brad Pitt. Enjoy Looogozzz, losers! ![]() Oh! Naijapigoon, enjoy Hillbrooooow! ![]() |
Msauza: With your poor words construction and grammar, I doubt if you will by any chance manage to compile a case file. ![]() |
Hezron Lorraine: you ever heard the word attache,or par-legal.they don't go to law school.they only have knowledge of the legal profession, yet every law firm needs the services of one. It's "para-legal". A para-legal can never be admitted or work as an attorney. They aren't bound by law society rules. They aren't bound by legal ethics. They can't keep trust accounts or even run a practice for their own account. They are only employed to execute a lawyer's instruction, not a client's. You are clueless. Law school will introduce you to jurisprudence and case law. But try getting clients based on that alone. |
Hezron Lorraine: I told you I've done ACLS,its a pre-law programme.in my every doing,I reason like a lawyer.I'm not new to the legal world or its dealings.so u know. You cannot reason like a lawyer if you haven't even gone to law school - let alone finish your studies. Pre-law is exactly that, pre-law.. Pre means "before", doesn't it? Law school teaches you legal theory. It is not until you've started work as an associate at a law firm (for a partner) that you'll learn how to apply legal theory to facts. You haven't even started to reason like a lawyer. You aren't even off first base. In any case, you should not have misrepresented yourself. If you want to claim that you reason like a lawyer, then you should've said just that. You should not have said: "That's what we lawyers do." That's what I took issue with. |
Msauza: Nigerian acquired degrees are equivalent to toilet paper in South Africa, just ask Playmode. He will gladly confirm it to you. Bwahahahahaha!!!Worse than toilet paper, my broer. |
na_chris_be_dis: and DENEL is run by a foreigner. that's why they get pissed when our military actually build something.Clueless idi*t: Mr Riaz Saloojee, the newly appointed Denel GCEO, was in born 13 November 1962, in Johannesburg. The married father of two matriculated in 1980 and joined uMkhonto We Sizwe (MK) the following year, as a soldier, until 1994. During his time at uMkhonto We Sizwe, he held various positions in Angola, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Zambia, as... |
NaijaPikinGidi: Such a special and chilled weekend seeing people getting so flustered and taking up new names for themselves! Hilarious to no ends!Looks like I taught you a new word today - "flustered". Nice word, eh? ![]() |
agaugust: re-direct your 'sniff' and 'sigh' to http://allafrica.com/stories/201307231128.html , i quoted them verbatim. you are so dull, bobbie ! you are far below my level, get used to your inferiority complex. You're the one who [falsely] claims to have an MBA and a job as a researcher. Your [falsely claimed] intellect should not allow you to not insert inverted commas or something around a phrase like that, if you're going to quote it verbatim. Fact is - you were none the wiser. ![]() |
NaijaPikinGidi: And when they can't muster any words our counterpoints they resort to being a Thesarus or SpellCheckerCrayfish seems to be getting a lot of attention around these parts. Gotta love it! ![]() |
Hezron Lorraine: Craig on fire.what part didn't you understand again. You said: "That's what we lawyers do". I said you aren't a lawyer. As it turns out, you aren't a lawyer (by your own admission, even). You aspire to be one. Everything else is just noise. Ticket, first degree etc..all irrelevant. You aren't a lawyer and therefore, you can't say: "That's what we lawyers do". |
agaugust: Nigeria: Air Force Develops Bomb Disposing Robot*Sigh - Fake MBA, it's Bomb Disposal. |
zetdee: I really liked this write up from one of few Nigerian I respect, I've seen his comments on sowetolive.co.za. All this talkBut once you understand the Naai-gerian mind, you can see where the talk comes from. This kind of talk flows through their villages. No one could clown around more than a Naai-gerian. ![]() |
Hezron Lorraine: I'm gonna be studying law in the states,Ooooooohhhhhh!!!! So you are NOT a lawyer? You WISH to be a lawyer? Okaaay,I get it. That explanation helps, thanks. |
Hezron Lorraine: you are a joke craig. The Nigerians here on this thread keep whipping your azz.you should glad for a forum like Nairaland where people who are high profiled in mind and intellect with un-argued capabilities to educate you reply u.Ahahaha - LL.B is a general law degree. You can have electives, but you come out with a general law degree. You can do an LLM or diploma, if you wish to specialise. You have no clue what you're talking about. In any case, assuming you're telling the truth, you're a lowly first-year student. What on earth could you possibly know. Journalism. Law. Make up your mind, will you? Mohahaha - Fvck myself? What kind of lawyer will you be, if you can't even control your emotions? ![]() You are fake! ![]() |
NaijaPikinGidi: Now, that's the BOSS!A boss that is employed by South Africa's Sifiso Dabengwa? ![]() To even cite a South African company - shows you how hapless the Naai-gerian situation is. Who owns Naai-geria? ---> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GNra-NmLCUw |
agaugust: The Chairman, MTN, Nigeria, Dr. Pascal Dozie...Er - Actually, it's the South Africans that take your money and give you jobs. Your precious chairman answers to South Africa. |
NaijaPikinGidi: I wonder when this South African blockheads will learn to read and comprehend? Nigerian Airforce is now Nigeria Police? When the news of the NAF produced robot was shared on the thread a week ago with the wrong image they could not hold their mouths ... Now the image is here and at first it was toy ... toy, then they were shown some small and similar robots used around the world only for MsauZA to throw in a link about US robot donation to Nigeria Police. The Bring Nigeria Down Syndrome is a proudly South African disease!Stop talking. Give us a link. Show us where this toy has been "useful". Simple. |
NaijaPikinGidi: Still flustered?Ok - your grammar lost me there. I'd respond if I could. Another WAEC exam victim, there, my china? |
Hezron Lorraine: don't stress urself okay.point proven, message passed.that's what we lawyers do.A lawyer that can't use punctuation? ![]() Sure, dude. Pull the other one. We all know it's "claims galore" in Naai-raland. ![]() |
