To make payments. You can't withdraw into a card. You withdraw to bank or do you have the option to withdraw into the card? That would be interesting.

PS: I'm familiar with 9ja and yankee paypal and hereby going with the assumption that a variation of that which obtains is what every other paypal account/region practices, but I may well be wrong.

You can't withdraw from paypal to ecobank...at least not ecobank, nigeria
