People can also vouch for buyers too...e.g: you not only sell, you also buy, if someone who has bought from you before wants to buy from someone and is new to that person, but you had a smooth transaction with him or her, especially if you've done more than one transaction, you can easily vouch for such buyer...

And if you've bought from someone before and it was a good transaction, when the person becomes a buyer, you could also vouch....
