Politics › Re: 2023: Northern Senators, Others Upset Over Wike’s Opposition To Atiku by BeardedMeat(m): 7:42am On Sep 05, 2022 |
hotseat: I hope those Southerners in support of the Mu-Mu ticket of the APC can begin to see clearly that they are being coaxed into a trap that they would live to regret in the years ahead.
Wike's unshakable stance on following laid down agreement(s) of the party is now being construed as a fight against the North.
In all sincerity, how could the PDP have the Office of the President, National Chairman and Chairman, Board of Trustees (BOT) all coming from the Northern geopolitical zone?
For daring to insist that the right thing is done, Wike, who undoubtedly became the face of the opposition against the woeful administration of the APC when others sneaked into their cocoons, is now being branded a recalcitrant and an opposition to the North.
It is the usual way of the North!
They court Southerners, use them to achieve their goals and thereafter, castigate them, criminalize them and consign them to the dustbin of irrelevance in the scheme of things.
Little wonder, they tag persons like Wike, USEFUL IDIOTS!
Southerners must learn through the hard way! Bro we can lament till tomorrow and nothing will change except there's full restructuring or referendum. Same reason why it seems our representatives in the assembly are docile. |

duality: They think we forget. I fact we can stop Atiku from getting 25% in Delta state. He should be careful. We southerners should seek to liberate ourselves from the northern yoke first by asking for referendum or full restructuring. Until then, they will continue to use the constitution to oppress you during election. All Wike is doing will come back to haunt him tomorrow politically because those almajiris and their imaginary numbers rule every election cycle. Wike will need them tomorrow. You saw how they almost drew Jonathan into the last presidential primary because he is their stooge. If Jonathan was ambitious he would have been flying APC flags now and not the current one who can't even hold the flag. |

ATLIEN2027: Are you not also a tribalist for supporting a known liar with no record to run on except that He's IGBO? Obi invested Govt money into his own family business, that alone will disqualify any candidate in a normal society but tribalist like you don't care about that. But you are here calling some corrupt as if your candidate is clean. If we should go by this, tell me one reason why Tinubu should not face a firing squad for daring to bring his dirty baggage to Aso rock. |

Deltafirstson: Noted I knew this will later turned to North and south thing, which will cost Tinubu massive northern votes. Because majority of northerns hate some southerns supporting Tinubu. Wike turned it into north and south something. I saw it coming. Wike too should be careful so that he doesn't create more problems in solving one. What's with all these continuous romance with APC? |

Most South Africans do not know that there is language called Hausa.
Most South Africans do not know that there is black people who are Muslims. You may be right or not. After all we receive their own stations here in Nigeria. |

booblacain: I guess the reason is because most Nigerian movies seen by foreigners are made by South easterners who are predominantly Christians.
Movies made by South Westerners I would believe have more muslims in their casts, but their films are not as popularly watched out there compared to their South Eastern counterpart.
Hausa movies that have mainly Muslime casts rarely even make their way out of the shores of Nigeria, maybe to Northern Africa but definitely not to Southern Africa. Those south Africans are just looking for trouble. DStv is indigenous to them and there's African magic Hausa. |

etrange: I just saw an Islamic "ruling on watching films" on the front page this morning. And according to that ruling, it is wrong to watch films cause the contents are lies and they normally play music in the background. It makes sense why they might not be well represented in such an industry. What about the movies from Hausa nolly? Are they all christians? |

We know sensible Northerners when we see one. Some of these Atiku supporters are taking things to the extreme. Your Northern leaders know their true ally and you’re just wasting your time online with this jargons because it won’t give the result you intend to get.

Safyqueen: Grow up please. We don't have another country outside Nigeria we can call our own. From your statement, you mean it is enemy of Buhari that are causing this havoc because those people voted Buhari? Because you cannot tell me it is Buhari that is behind the menace.
So, by implication those routing for other party like labour party now should get ready for this kind of treatment if Obi finally won?
When talking weigh your words because it can comes back to you any time. If you have decided to start weighing your own words like you are advising here, then I'd say congratulations and keep it up. |

Incompetent leadership enables the collapse of any structure. If Obi wins and he bleep up the first term, then bleep him too.
My allegiance is to the Nigerian Nation and not to Peter Obi. If you are within 30yrs of age, I will pardon you for saying those who voted buhari (a guy with no track record of success in governance), voted out of patriotism. |

Especially with the case of the non Muslims soldiers who attacked and killed a Muslim sheikh in yobe. If he wasn’t caught, it would have been said to be musim bandits. Either these are not musims or they are living abomination who are known hell bounds so give not qualms about the hereafter. ISIS are not Muslims?? |
Politics › Re: Let's Cut Tinubu Some Slack On Irrelevancies by BeardedMeat(m): 9:02pm On Sep 04, 2022 |
Obinoscopy: Yes, his 8-yr stint as governor was what made me come to that conclusion. Before the advent of Obi and Ngige, we never knew Anambra State had money to do anything. The roads were in disarray, there were lots of armed robbery, thuggery and jungle justice, salary and pensions were not paid, lots of labor strikes. Back then, we sincerely believed there was no money in Government. But Ngige came in and turned the tide, Peter Obi took over and continued in the direction of good governance. Lots of roads were built, salaries and pensions were paid, security improved, hospitals built, education revamped, all these were done with State Government resources. It was like a miracle. This is the reason why Anambarians don't believe in PDP because they were the ones that made us believe that there was no money in Anambra State. Anambrarians however will never forget the good governance from Peter Obi and Chris Ngige.
Peter Obi might be corrupt as he was part of the old political system but his governance style is different from the regular politician. However Tinubu is fantastically corrupt, same goes for Atiku. Nigerians in their wisdom know that it might be difficult to sell the candidacy of a politician who is not connected to the old system e.g Sowore, so they opted for someone who is connected to the old system but also connected to the new....Peter Obi. Peter Obi is my brother, but that's not the main reason why I'm supporting him. If he were Rochas or Orji Uzor Kalu, or Chinwoke Nnamani or Ikpeazu, I wouldn't support him. But the likes of Peter Obi, Soludo, Okonji Iweala, Chris Ngige, Kingsley Moghalu, I will always support because of their pedigree and track record. Don't mention me again please. What sort of fuckery is this!? |

They can make noise, and walk up and down Onitsha with their fake and imaginary 2 million-man march rally..
How do you win anything when your own fractured base of support has the lowest registered voters in Nigeria?
Very sad. You will commit suicide when he is sworn in next year as president. You think it's business as usual.. He can't win yet you have sleepless nights thinking about him.
