Slytacus: I got same sms now. I believe they are recruitment agent because i applied (to their mail) for vacancies I saw on jobsfornaija site last week. The problem now is that I don't know the organization they are recruiting for and the particular post. When I applied, the company name was not mention and various post were listed.

I saw their advert on guardian newspaper,no company name also. Let's wait and see if we get more info.

I had to take pain meds to function at that time,always did right from my early years
But sometime in 2004 it became unbearable and got worse over the years
And the bleeding was unbelievable,super heavy
Imagine wearing a tampon and two pads at a time.
The pain would be so bad,I have to be off work
When your period begins to control your life and you plan your activities around your period then you know it is no longer normal
Doing a poo poo during your period hurts,you will be screaming in the toilet
Pain so bad,you are curled up in bed and can't get up.
Lower back ache like you were in labor
Even having sex hurts

It is the kind of pain I wouldn't wish on my enemy
It is terrible and paralyzingly.

Alright now I understand better. Thanks. I guess I should be grateful cause mine might be painful but not as serious as this. That means the saying that 'once a lady starts giving birth,the pain reduces or stops entirely' does not hold true for some ladies. This is serious!

Babymama1: Since people asked,let me share especially in the light of the news that Dora Akunyili had endometrial cancer
Thankfully,mine was benign.
I had an endometrioma which is a cyst composed of uterine lining but in my right ovary so I had to have my right ovary and right uterine duct removed.
The ovary had grown up to size of a baby's head according to the three ultrasound I had
I was diagnosed first with endometriosis in 2008 and underwent treatment to take care of the terrible menstrual cramps and heavy bleeding that came with it.i underwent a uterine ablation to destroy my uterine lining basically in order to control the illness
If I didn't have kids already,that would have been it for me with childbearing,
The endometrial tissues were on my intestines too and had to be zapped with laser but apparently they also got into my ovary and after years formed a large cyst .
Endometriomas are benign but they sent the sample for pathological analysis all the same.

So ladies if you have terrible menstrual cramps,heavy menstrual bleeding that is getting worse,pain during SE.xual activity that is getting worse,lower back ache during menses,you could have endometriosis
Endometrioma is a consequence of endometriosis.
It (endometriosis) can cause infertility if left untreated,they can use birth control pills or other hormone pills sometimes to treat it for women who still want to have children.
Thankfully I already had kids when mine hit so I opted for a more radical treatment to make sure it was gone.

Thanks for the insight but I have a question to ask though. So I keep hearing "if you have terrible menstral cramps and heavy bleeding" but nobody actually defines what terrible is. Most of us ladies do have painful mentral pains with heavy flows,that doing house chores or other things is out of the question(but some still do it anyways,since no one is there to help) and we refer to them as terrible(the term 'terrible' it is relative). Now my question can you please explain exactly what you mean when you say "terrible" mentral pain. #Would appreciate your taking out time to answer. Thanks

See how people use their hands to look for trouble? Do you have any reason at all to think he could possibly be cheating on you? Why would you be looking for dirt? And if you eventually find out the dirt what will you do? You better really think about the consequences of your actions before carrying them out. People are different,you can't use A1 actions to judge A2. They might look similar but are different.
