Learn to differentiate between turning to one city and being built up . Anambra has always been 2nd most built up and urbanized State after Lagos with Imo as 3rd but it doesn't translate to being one city. That's the reason people from those particular built up area pften called Igbo heartland are everywhere more than other Igbos. That urbanization needs to be halted to allow planning for spacing and possible city development to save land for the indigenous people.
