So example in 2008 . we would make if we are in republic of benin  N742.5 billion instead of N990 billion. If we remove what we get from Nigeria.   we still have a sulpus of N442 billion. That just the non oil revenue.

Your first question is about if a politician would agree to  division of Nigeria.  Let look it this way. Politician in Nigeria are 90% of the time tribalist. Forget that money unity them.
