Move to page 26 of the official uk documentation for proving relationships. Ensure you gather as much documentation mentioned on the list. Try and label your pictures as well. I and my partner got 3 nsf emails until we broke each picture down. Under each pictures put captions and dates.

Marriage certificate, tenancy agreement, bank transfer made to her or the one she sent to you. Pictures of two of together, send as many as possible, WhatsApp chats, Facebook chats, utility bills with your both names or joint account.

NOTE:

For the fact that immigration rule changed on the 11th March for care route and I started trying to pay for my visa application from 8pm until 11:30 pm on Sunday night, the 10th March 2023. All payments failed and declined, contacted bank customer care representatives 12 times and was referred to anti fraud department 10 times. And just 30 minutes gap to the new immigration rule change the payment went through!

My DCoS showed I was expected to start work December 2023,that meant my sponsorship application of August/September 2023 was actually delayed until March 2024.

Oh God, my father , what an extravagant love you showered on a sparrow like me. .Nah you do this one.. receive all praises and thanks giving! I am eternally grateful!

If accommodation is sorted, then you will have no problems in Holland with 4K euros a month.

My main issue with Holland currently is the housing wahala especially in big cities like Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague & Groningen (with special emphasis on Amsterdam).

There is a serious housing shortage in Holland currently and you are very likely to be affected since you have a family of 4. (The Dutch government has a housing requirement for families of more than 3) so in your case you need a bigger apartment, which will be where the wahala begins. If you were going there as a single person, the case would have been different though. However since you stated your employers got that covered, then you are ok.

Holland is a great country asides the housing crisis.

The 30% Tax off will go a long way however whatever you do, do not get a car.

For him to be asking if 4k monthly is enough, it sounds like he already has a job there. I see no reason why he shouldn’t move if that’s the case. You can get your citizenship in 5 years in the Netherlands after coming in on work visa and you even get tax benefits for the first 5 years of your stay. People live there now and I don’t think it’s impossible for him to find accommodation on that income if he stays away from major cities at least.

I would advise that you consider other options. Netherlands is having a severe housing crisis at the moment alongside an immigration crisis. This has created friction within the coalition party and they are calling for elections again. The government is even asking universities to limit the amount of international students being admitted as they won't have anywhere to stay. You can read all that up. They are also looking to revamp their post study laws so those who finish their studies go back to their country immediately after studies.
