2good: This is really a silly and idiotic post. Its a pity that at 39 years you are still not matured and behave like a deprived teenager. Grow up old man and use your senses. Respect is earned and not acquired.+ 10000000 |
This is a very big scam in the making!!! Vulcan energy has a very bad track record of fraud curruption non performance debt etc, what does this minister take nigerians for ? $4,5 BILLION no be beans oh !!! pls read quote below Author: Vulcan Capital - WARNING! Tue Jan 13 21:08:17 2009 To whom it may concern, please be advised that Ford Graham and Kevin Davis are involved in a lawsuit for non-performance of a similar contract in the United States. The BGT Group, Inc. provided Vulcan Capital with over $6 Million of money and equipment to build three components of a power plant. The contract was never completed by Vulcan, The BGT Group, Inc. was forced to file a lawsuit, and contact the FBI to pursue a criminal investigation. Ultimately, The BGT Group, Inc. manufactured the plants on their own; however, they are still involved in the lawsuit against the Vulcan entities (Ford Graham and Kevin Davis) and in communication with the FBI regarding this matter. Over the years, there are several other actions against various Vulcan entities of a similar nature. It would seem that, Vulcan Capital Energy is a new company created by Ford Graham and Kevin Davis to distance themselves from various (negative) past activities. Public records will show the various lawsuits against the numerous Vulcan entities. Moreover, we have come to understand that Ford Graham, Kevin Davis, and Vulcan Capital Energy are in no way associated with Paul Allen and his respective companies. The Sokoto State Government may want to accomplish a background check prior to giving these people any monies. Vulcan has not paid its onsite contractors, its sales staff, or the rent on its Abuja compound; the contractors have threaten to seal the jobsite until they are paid, and Vulcan has written bogus checks to their major contractor. The contractor has taken Vulcan’s jeep’s and other vehicles, and is threatening to take the bogus checks to EFCC for enforcement action, which they may have already done. |
First child should be a boy and the second a girl. The senior brother will then protect the sister against other agressive kids. |
Nigeria one of the most curruption free countries in the world today. |

Lol nigeria must go. I hope the ghananians dont intend deporting nigerians in cargo ships back to lagos, abi na trailer them wan use The last time Gabon deported nigerians, with cargo ships in the nineties i heard thousands of nigerians died on those ships due to food poisoning without naija govt blinking an eye. Chai Naija don suffer. |

Why close down the bridge completely ? The inconvinience will be too much for motorists . That bridge is a 4 lane bridge why not repair the left hand side of the bridge first and direct the trafic to the right hand side, meaning cars going and coming will use the right hand side of the bridge as a single lane. When the left hand side is fully renovated, then then the fed min of works can divert the trafic to the left hand side of the bridge, and renovate the right hand side of the 3rd mainland bridge thats how its done in europe. This process will only take longer but motorists can still use the bridge as renovation is going on. |
That woman is wicked and heartless 4 selling her kids may God punnish her for her evil deeds tufia kwa !! |
LOL Next move is to ban the mohawk hair style |
edicolove: What are you still on about? Somebody said he he setup a sting to catch someone and you are still saying why did he succumb to pressure and pay the bribe. Is English so difficult? The controversy over $620,000 fuel subsidy bribe allegation deepened yesterday with the Chairman of the House of Representatives’ ad hoc committee that probed the fuel subsidy regime, Hon. Farouk Lawan, accusing Chairman of Zenon Oil and Gas, Mr. Femi Otedola, of offering a $3 million bribe to spare his company in its report. He said Otedola made a $500,000 down payment with a promise to pay up the remaining $2.5 million if the committee spared Zenon, but that the matter had been reported to the police. He dismissed Otedola’s claims that he and his committee’s secretary, Mr. Boniface Emenalo, collected $620,000 bribe from him unaware it was a sting operation as “diversionary,” saying Otedola actually offered Emenalo $100,000 to shield Zenon during the probe. THE QUESTION YOU SHOULD ASK YOUR SELVES IS OTEDOLA AND HIS ZENON PETROLEUM CLEAN? STING HERE OR BITE THERE |
Billyonaire: I am not sure you have been following up the entire news, there is Otedola's side of the happening on the online domain, find time to locate and read, if someone intimidates and pressurizes you to get bribe, best thing is go report to Authorities, and thats what otedola did, and the SSS asked him to "Play along", the SSS provided him with the "marked notes", so the Money isnt Otedola's money, the SSS provided those notes and gave him pen camera to video tape the session in evidence. I hope I clear up this ignorance in your favor. Please tell me "thank you".ok he was under pressure to pay a bribe for commiting no crime ? IS THAT IT ? If otedola was clean and has no skeleton in his cupboard he will not give that bribe!!! Ok lets asume that farouk is bad and a new probe is set up to probe otedola will he be found clean and innocent of all the charges against him?. Now you see you should be the one thanking me. |
edicolove: Do you understand the meaning of "organise a sting with SSS using marked notes". Nigerian education system is really a mess. If he organised a sting, then he didn't commit any offence. And please leave GEJ and others out of it. When you were told that certain people sponsored the subsidy protests, you said it was a lie. Now that's your evidence right there. Deal with it!This $3million bribery scandal sting is just a smoke screen by otedola if he was clean why will he sucom to presure and pay the bribe in the first place? The truth is they are all currupt the probe must continue bribe here or there. |
Na wao nigeria oh nigeria dont we have incurruptable people in govt again? Even those appointed to probe the corrupt are even more corrupt than the corrupt. smh |
Otedola is a criminal. He has finally soiled his evasive image. Your products are not subsidized and you went on to pay bribe. You paid bribe - an offence in itself.. GEJ, Diezanni Madueke and their cabal has finally used you to try to cover up trillions of looted funds. As for farouk, am really yet to understand your triple mouths sha
+ 1000 |
Thank God that he survived the the ordeal and is still alive to tell the story many kidnaped people never made it alive even when the ransome money was paid. These kidnappers are becomeing more daring imagine kidnapping somebody from a church on a sunday service. |
These so called estate agents can be so annoying, earlier this year when i was looking for an appt in lagos i met many agents who as usuall collected 2000naira fees from me only to show me disgusting dilapidated looking houses with open smelly guters and green algeas every where. Chai person don suffer for these agents hand ![]() Another agent took me to a building where the roof of the house was almost falling, . Even some buildings in my village looked better than those wretched buildings they were showing me in lagos. All in all, i met more than 20 agents times 2000naira = N40000 DOWN THE DRAIN the annoying part is that the agents will still collect in most cases N100,000 agents fees when you pay the rent. |
donpeluchi: While it is good to ask which sim card was used to make the call, dont forget that the theft of mobile phones is rampant in dis country and so an innocent person can get into troubleThat is no excuse at all !!! If a persons phone is stollen, its his or her duty to report the stollen sim card number to the service provider( MTN AIRTEL ETISALATE ETC) to block that number. Most kidnapers confidently use the gsm number of their informants, or their own gsm number which can be easily traced by forensic experts, its probably one in every 10 kidnapping cases that stollen sim cards are used to comunicate to the family of the kidnaped person. |
It is high time the nigerian govt enacts laws to make kidnapping a very bitter, and unattractive business and not the current lucriative , juicy, money spiner that its right now in nigeria 1) Death sentence for all kidnappers and their informants 2) provide high tech tacking device to track mobile gsm phones in all 36 states as gsm is their favorite mode of comunication 3)create a high tech anti kidnapping squad fully equipped with high tech, state of the art tracking devices and security personels 4) lastly Create jobs for the youths ooooooooo By the time the kidnappers and their informants know that they will eventually be tracked an executed i guarantee you that kidnapping in naija will be reduced to the barest minimum. |
ebamma: im sure its an inside job,a relative or acquaintance of obodo set dis up to extort money from himgbam + 1000 70% Of most kidnaping cases has revealed that there's always an insider or a close relative involved who wants a piece of the cake, and by the way as some one rightly asked which gsm number did the kidnapers use to call? GSM in nigeria are supposed to be registered with finger prints. The nigerian police should track the gsm used by the kidnapers to make this call with gps, in order to lead them to the location of the kidnappers, stone age police. |
@ OP Please correct your self !!! Its the bastard, corrupt, wicked, nigerian leaders since 1960 that destroyed nigeria after independence, and not the improverished, poor, suffering, miserable, masses or the common nigerian that has been bearing the pain, and the agony of the corrupt opperessing ruling elites since 1960. This is so disgusting. Let us seperate the oppressors from the oppressed. |
