Violent and destructive acts admittedly carried out by IPOB have always been condemned by the past leaders you mentioned except you want them to go to each radio station to announce. Moreso, if the FG had been doing the right thing all these won't be happening. You cannot tackle an issue from the surface and expect a different result by neglecting the source. If the FG had used the same energy to tackle insurgency, corruption amidst themselves and insecurities everywhere in the country before now we would all be much safer. Let them mention the politicians funding them and make arrests, but they won't. Why? Cuz it's 6 years now they have been on the sponsors of Boko Haram and na so so story for the gods.
