Yes it has been diagnosed I first took it to an engineer but he did not succeed. Later took it to Carlcare they said theycant collect it that I hve opened it before that if they must repair that I will pay 21k

You just have to take it to a carlcare centre of an engineer, since you said it fell, it will be a hardware issue. Get an engineer to diagnose

Most times users blame issues like this on the manufacturers, but it depends on how we use our phones. I use a phone of 2G Ram but I'll never open apps I'm.not using and the likes, I free up space occasionally too by removing junk files. It helps the phone run smoothly without lapses. You can try freeing up space too.

You said there were other C9 phones plugged in and it was only yours that "caught fire", what are the investigations you carried out to confirm it's the manufacturer's faults? You should include that in ur posts too, have u tried making a formal complaint or you just ran to the internet to report? These things can go a long way in helping u resolve problems. And for those carlcare guys at Opebi, poor customer service is a norm in Nigeria and its annoying, they should better tackle that issue as that bad attitude affects the image of their organization.

Glo is cheap but quality is poor. I prefer mtn. Wider coverage and good quality.

Well, some devices are getting updates already but they can still do better. This has to cut across board but all in all, they're improving.
