Which I have told u part of it..the FIRST function of govt is security of people.. all these terrorists in the north need to be totally annihilated.. the security agencies are not up and doing.. imo, if u dont put pple on their toes, they may not be responsible. The c-in-c needs to do that, sack when necessary, allocate more funds if necessary , deal decisively with corruption & fulani saboteurs in d security agencies... get d external help from mossad, CIA, US military if still absolutely necessary .
Next, the economy - people feeling secured helps here. the govt was paying subsidy when petrol was N97 in 2012. then oil price went down to about $60 in 2014 and then subsidy was about zero.. so govt was able to reduce to N87 with no subsidy when oil price further went down...

I know the rewards...and risk....of real estate in Nigeria and the USA. I've lived between both countries for 30 years and owned real estate in both places as far back as 1993.

My summary is that real estate gains more value in the USA, UK and Anglo-Western countries than Nigeria. Also dollar has gained more value in Nigeria than Nigerian real estate.
