All i did was to cut down on my meal, never the less i am a very selective person when it comes to food. I dislike Yam, beans, and unripe plantain. From a size 18 i fouhgt my way to to 16. I change my food quantity by use a smaller plate to eat, and i never lacked garden egg or cucumber in d house cos i use then to fill up my hunger for more food. I also check out indoor work outs on YOUTUBE. Cheers and good luck.

I was been told two students of that same FGC Abuloma where caught in a taxi kissing and romancing each other. To the point that the Taxi driver had to pull over and asked them to drop. FGC Abbuloma was one of the girls secondary schools in Rivers state but today they are nothing to write home about. You find Lessbians,teen smokers, evil minded young ladies,etc.
This is truely a shame to the Educational body of this country. May God help us all.
