How does dis problem concerns education young lad?

I have a girlfriend whom i love so much which i can do anything to make is upto her, i trust her and she does as well, my difficulties in her site is about a guy who started calling of surden.
She never told me about the guy when he started toasting her untill when we were together the called and i asked her who was he and she told d guy has been calling her and never propose any friendship to her, later i asked again and she told me d guy wants her to be his fiance but she has told d guy about me and d guy says ok.
The guy still pesist calling her, out of anoiance and jelousy i went to d guy and told him coz we knew each oda and he says "since the girl did not tell u she is my girlfriend, no problem" and he wount say anything again den i left. My babe became pissed off wen i told her i met with d guy and her reason was dat d guy have gave up in her runs so did i go to d guy again, den i apologised.
Uptill this momment dis same guy is till callin her atleast twice in a day. Plz friends wat should i do to keep the love of my lyf?
