Nigeria companies that put their staff on contract are wicked and evil Bicos most of the contract companies are owned by the directors or family members of the said companies.
Bank contract staff are the worst. Imagine a Bank placing her employees on contract with a meager salary of 50k monthly. The bank will now tell the staff to source for #40 million naira from customers. I know people that have been in contract for 5 years in a bank. The contract doesn't have expiry date. Wicked people.
