chino11:Visit Kilimanjaro. Service might be sketchy but you'll get good food. You can even order from their App (Kilimeals) |
gScales:Are you for real? |
Many people just rushed into give advice without checking the date the thread was created. If the OP was serious, he'd be consulting an Architect and not dropping a thread on Nairaland. What kind of Hotel is he/she gonna build on a 100x50 piece of land? Won't there be space for parking considering it is a public place? A regular 1 storey building with 4 units of 3 bedroom apartment takes a lot of space on this size of land with tenants struggling for parking space. Nairaland has turned to something with mods pushing whatever topic they think will drive traffic to the site. ![]() |
Nostradamus:Same initiative is already in Lagos, LASU to be precise. It's called AWA BIKE. It is operated from an app where the rider finds a free bike, unlocks it with the app and is deducted as the trip progresses. |
FuckDaMods:This is an awesome video carrying a big message. These days people live their lives just to show off. People posting pictures that they're living the life but at the end of the day really have nothing to show. A lot of people would then believe these posts on social media which ends up promoting jealousy, hatred, depression, crime etc. People no longer live within their means and at the end of the day "want to kill themselves". It's been a while I heard Nigerian music having the right lyrics not all these panpangolo music every where. |
helinues:The same NANS that was settled with cash and left after 4 hours of protest. Same way they've been settled with cash in Enugu, Abeokuta and everywhere other location where protest has taken place. If you think NANS is protesting xenophobia and not after monetary gains then you're mistaken. |
A bit of African geography would help people understand this topic. Most of North Africa and West Africa is made up of the Sahara Desert which is largely inhabited. Superimposing the 2 maps should give a true depiction of electricity situation in that part of the continent. The mountainous regions of East Africa should also be considered as they aren't heavily inhabited. When we see information, let's not be in a hurry to throw shades or blames, let's try to understand the reason of such. Thank you

victorian:I keep wondering why celebrities or yeyebrities can't order these clothes from the original manufacturers. Do they realize this is copyright theft? Someone goes through the painstaking process of getting a design, bringing that design to life and markets the design. When it's time to make something out of it, they steal the design and give it to Mufu the tailor who messes it up and they cry foul. |

radautoworks:Aunty Radautoworks it's no news that there was massive recalls to Honda Accord produced between 1999 - 2004 over faulty transmission. These transmission were known to fail under 90k miles. It's even surprising that this is coming from someone who stayed in the States and dealt on car repairs and the likes. It was even advisable to get it rebuilt when it fails, a skill set that is very scarce over here. I doubt there are Babyboy's that did 200k miles on the original auto tranny. I won't argue with you, you can argue with these. https://wheels.blogs.nytimes.com/2011/01/08/honda-transmission-problems-seem-to-persist/ http://www.hondaproblems.com/transmission-failure/ |
phunbyt:That's the Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) for the car |
phunbyt:Take the car to Oyingbo and get it inspected, if the gearbox is not salvageable you would be told. Livinhubby can help you arrange a replacement. The baby boy is a sweet car with auto transmission design error. Therefore, you will enjoy the transmission but expect it to go bad after some 60,000 miles that's if you got a good one. Secondly, stick to DW1 for the installation as well as for subsequent servicing. Best of luck |
ngwababe:Both are correct. Tire(American), Tyre(British) |
She's should be sued for endangering her life and not having the right tools in her car. She was driving without a JACK not the rubbish special key spanner as purported by the OP. She said in the video "we don't have a JACK and the tire is completely gone". Even Danfo drivers carry Jack. It's just surprising that Nairaland has chosen to promote gossips and termed it NEWS. It's turned from the forum where credible news was once shared to showcasing content from Instagram all in the name of getting views . SMH |
deepwater:1 appalling fact is that almost everyone who commented on this post didn't properly analyse the post before making tribalistic statements. |
AnonymousIP:Why are the dates conflicting? Arrested almost a year ago and handed over 2 days ago. |
After 2 hours wiggling through traffic from Okota to VI, uber does this at Marina. Which kind rubbish be this?

Somethings sound nice but not in reality. Ever tried telling Google assistant to call Ochuko, Osarieme Danladi, Olumuyiwa and Chinecherem? Like if it was successful and share if it wasn't. |
Esejojo:If I haven't seen the plan of the Mall then I wouldn't be typing here. The mall's connection to the terminal is what makes the project spot on. That project upon completion is going to consolidate the terminal. A bus terminal shouldn't just be a place where you hurriedly rush to get a bus and rush off. It's supposed to be a place when one can shop, tour and have fun before hopping into the bus. Check out terminus abroad and see if this project is delusional as you state. The oshodi interchange project will also come with a mall "Oshodi Mall". Is this also a deceptive project? I am not one who delves into politics, but I am calling Autojosh out for spreading false news about that project and politicizing it. Not cool I must tell you. |
People would just do anything to be noticed. It's amazing how Autojosh's threads gets to front-page and people would think all of his post are authentic. Just so you know, let me enlighten you a bit. 1. The so called uncompleted project is a shopping mall. 2. It is being constructed by persianas group owners of Palms Mall. 3. It is to be called Simbiat Mall 4. It will house a cinema (Viva), a departmental store (jara), clothing stores (max, puma) and a host of other brands. 5.It hopes to be completed before October. Cheap blogger looking for online followership. It's ironic how Nairaland has turned to a place to get gossips especially those same gossips and news that have been on several amebo sites. The mods just copy the same news and gossips and quickly send it to the front page. SMH |
Hello, Do you have Heated Oxygen sensor upstream and downstream for a 2001 Honda Accord Ex-V6 with 3.0L SOHC engine? Would appreciate your feedback as well as the cost implication for this. Sent a mail yesterday to your support address but no response yet. |
honestivo:Please do. But note the issues you'll encounter in any car you purchase will be dependent on the history of that vehicle. Ensure you get a competent mechanic to inspect the vehicle. Else you'll have a mechanic at home, at work, on your way to work etc. Good luck |
Good Afternoon Gurus in the house. I changed the head gasket invent car 2 weeks back after I discovered engine oil in my radiator but no water in the engine oil as well as persistent overheating. My mechanic told me its a failing head gasket and we changed it. The engine had been running well but my concern is that it still produces blue smoke when I'm driving. I've not really used the car since the repair and the car has done about 20miles ever since. Should I be worried about this smoke? The mechanic said it should stop after about a week of constant driving. Car is a 2001 Honda Accord V6 |
grosy:Please do not confuse Stanbic IBTC Money Market fund with Stanbic Bank. The fund is managed by Stanbic IBTC Asset Management Limited, a subsidiary of Stanbic IBTC. It is not a bank thing, just that they made branches of Stanbic Bank a contact centre. Should you invest in the fund, the proceeds will be paid directly into your account irrespective of the Bank you use. Except you use a MFB ![]() |
