Rare are those tiny countries that have so much resources that they can just buy everything in one generation like a Kuwait or UAE.

I trust you know that with the UAE for example, the local people are just five percent of the population. The rest are expatriates. That is the kind of country you will try to compare with a Nigeria. That is madness.

How do you want a 60 year old nation to mirror an England that is over one thousand years old? How do you want a teenager to be the same as an elder?
