How much money was cut?

Rooying out fraud is the point. If a program is full of fraud, waste, fake claims, or weak eligibility checks, you don’t keep pouring money into it blindly and call that compassion.

You pause, audit, tighten the rules, remove fake beneficiaries, punish the fraudsters, and then make sure the money reaches the real people who need it.

What makes no sense is acting like every dollar spent under the name of feeding children is automatically clean and untouchable.

So yes, root out the fraud. But don’t pretend questioning funding or demanding accountability means someone wants children to starve. That's the logic.
