What you are describing is basic Econ 101, the relationship between Supply, Demand and Price.
As Demand increases and Supply stays constant, Prices will go up.
So in Texas as more people move to Texas and more houses aren't built in Texas, the housing prices will increase just like they are doing now in Texas.
Or did you think there was some magical phenomena that kept prices low in Red States?

Well To answer your question. Yes I would.

He’s smart. Sounds educated. Understands what it means to care about other populations that are not in the same community as himself. My politics would align with his which means that we won’t have topics that are forbidden in the house.

Some people and their significant others don’t talk about politics because they don’t align. So to avoid tension, they skirt around important issues that can affect how they raise their kids. If I can see it, I’m sure other women can see it too.
