A genotype is the entire genetic constitution of an individual, i.e. the genetic makeup of an organism or group of organisms with reference to a single trait, set of traits, or an entire complex of traits. In a nutshell: your genotype is your complete heritable genetic identity; the sum total of genes transmitted from parent to offspring.

There are four hemoglobin genotypes (hemoglobin pairs/formations) in humans: AA, AS, SS and AC (uncommon). SS and AC are the abnormal genotypes or the sickle cells . We all have a specific pair of these hemoglobin in our blood which we inherited from both parents.

The major issue with genotype match comes from the desk of the AS duos. Going ahead with it has been termed a risky gamble,while others have proved that they gave birth to no SS despite being AS.

The raging issue now is this.... Should one ask after the genotype before saying YES because of heartbreaks?
And how do one handle a loving partner with a genotype mismatch?

Here is a picture of the returned girls from the Boko Haram's den. I seriously need some clarifications with respect to this news that is the heart of discussion in the country. I do not belong to any political party but I have my PVC with me. So, nobody should come here and start soaking me political saliva, I no get extra cloth in my bag o.

1. We are so glad they are back. But I'm curious about how their bags are packed like they just came back from a cool vacation or something! Who packed their bags? Did Boko Haram wait for them to pack before the kidnap? Or did Boko Haram take them shopping before they returned?

2. I learnt that the Boko boys told the residents not to send these girls to school again. Has Boko Haram become a counseling team? Are they that good hearted to return these girls without a penny collected as the presidency claimed?

3. Why will a country that ought to protect the citizens keep playing politics with the lives of over 100 naive girls, if this is political again?

4. What is the aim of all these drama? To win accolades for great work? To give Nigerians what to argue about so as to distract them a bit from criticism on the biting hardship? A showmanship of superiority over the past administration? I don't know.

5. Why are girls always kidnapped? I don't say boys should be kidnapped as well. Are these Boko Haram guys spirits? Why can't our military take the battle to their coverts?
I am at sixes and sevens.

I clearly need some answers...

I was thinking recently on the complexity of some ladies. The answers guy receive from ladies varies, but when is their NO really NO.
These are bound to happen after NO:

1. The guy withdraws immediately, but the gal accuses him that he lacks perseverance

2. The gal says NO while YES is intended. I don't know the reason for this.

3. The gal says NO and stands on it.

4. The gal says NO so that she will not be tagged 'cheap'

5. The gal says NO to prove the seriousness of the guy

6. The gal says NO to win a point against the guy

7. The gal says NO because she wants to consider it.
