baby girl i will advice u to pretend u never heard anything even if its true u have to search ur conscience and find out if the fault is nt really urs.

Its a 21st century approach or rather its like having a second career but i will advice u have to ur project management course under PMI or APM
then after which u can do ur prince 2
well i will tell u why thier s lots of failure is adequate information and planning and thats one of the things PM teaches
as a PM u are trained to deliver according time ,budget and quality and u are also taught how to use the MS project office tool which is the industries standard and how to create WBS this tools will aid u a lot

so i wish u all luck that are planning to become PM we Nigeria need it a lot cus that's what Nigeria is lacking that's why a lot of projects are going down the drains

take for example the last administration if most of the projects given out project managers where involved they would have been able to produce adequate figures and WBS and to show the steps and steps of the project mostly with the use of the Grantt chat this grantt chat
this wil aid the project financier to understand the steps further and a project terms of reference stating the objectives and scopes and how they are carried out but cus all this where not put in place that's one of the reasons why our projects fail
and secondly most of the expatriates they bring into the country most of them are nt fully educated they just do all this certification programmes and come into Nigeria where we have projects. and lie to our governments or cus of corruption the govt goes for them

take Dubai for example all the transformation ur seeing there is done by one man the prince who is a project manager who knows what to do with his time and oil money and looking for quality do u no that in late 70s Dubai cam to Nigeria to ask for a helping hand financially

so pls if u have the opportunity to be a PM pls be one so we can increase in number and stand for a right we need to move this nation forward we could be richest in the next twenty years if we have the right people in place have your team build it and grow with
and PMs remember ur good as ur last project

if u believe u have a great idea and need a good financier for project at the moment if u cannot get a good referral from some i will advice to try the banks
but before u go them ask urself this few questions
1 what is your business all abt
2 who will benefit from ur ideas
3 is it long term or short term
4 will it be a cash cow
5 what are objective and goals
6 what are your expectations
7 marketing strategy and business plan

I like this topic and I must tell you that its indeed a very good business am speaking from experience.
Doing online store business is great but I must tell you that all am saying here I never meant Nigerian market though as I really had not thought about it but I am working on those for the US and the UK markets as that is where the real online shoppers are and indeed you can do it from Nigeria that is selling to the US and UK markets thanks to the power of the internet, however if anyone is thinking about the Nigerian market here then it actually worth giving a thought but all these has to be put in place
1. Regular supply to the store and prompt order processing and delivering and you going to stock goods in a warehouse or you going to act as a middleman to the stores.
2. Payment gateway I believe interswitch can actually handle this but security is an issue here as any little break into your database can cause havoc and can even send you to jail and we all know to what extent Nigerians can go to defraud.
3. The store do we really have those that are actually capable of designing the store here in this country with all the neccessary programming stuffs and constant updates at reasonable prices.
4. The buyers, where are the traffics to get to your sites at reasonable prices you have to get them there and be able to convince them that they stand a better chance of better quality, price and assurance if they buy from you than they go buy form GAME at lekki if you know  what I mean.
There are several others issues that one can put into considerations but I believe these are just some that can open your eyes and  lead you in the direction of what you really want to do.
