FFK is synonymous with lies. He's always making wild allegations without substantial evidence. His DNA should be checked, I doubt this guy is of oduduwa race. |

So many people will just believe anything they see on internet without verifying. For the records, Aisha Bihari graduated from the Ahmadu Bello University and not Ambrose Ali University. PDP - trying to bring GMB down since he won APC primary.
God pass them. |

Nice post. I wish our youths would use their brain and won't allow politicians to use them to foment trouble. If you want me to protest on your behalf, let your children lead the protest. |

Bros fear God na, I live in Eket, mention one road Akpabio constructed in Eket okk (in Amaechi's voice) mention half. People would come to Uyo and see the level of development and conclude that Akpabio has transformed Akwa Ibom state. For Pete's sake, Uyo is not Akwa ibom state. Apart from Ikot Ekpene where Akpabio is from, mention another town that has witness development. For your information, the road that leads to ExxonMobil has been in a sorry state for years, few months ago when PENGASSAN threatened to shut down production, Akpabio awarded the contract to CCCIC and mobilized them with the compensation ExxonMobil paid for oil spillage, now 2months running, the road had been abandoned. What about Etinan - Eket road? That too had been abandoned. If Akpabio is transforming Uyo, let him also transform other part of the state, then I can say he's performing, till then, he's another thieving politician. nigerianvenom: wow! franky,u are great with ur use of words. nice one.as an akwa ibomite,i remember the promises akpabio made in 2007 and i never thought he'll match his words witg performance, but this guy has surpasses his promises. he only promised 1 flyover but he's built over 5.he never promised to build a tropiicana galleria but he's done that.he never promised to build any plaza and state of the art prisons in ikot ekpene, but this guy has done. i am from eket and i can tell u that he has constructed over 45 roads in my LGA.This guy makes me understand true governance. he said and i quote, "what does our leaders see's when the travel outside nigeria?why dont they try to copy what they see abroad in nigeria"?
may God bless akpabio may God bless all sincere politicians. and may God take us all to the promise land |

omenka: The electorates are just like pawns in the game of chess, easily sacrifices to protect the Officials. Thesame situation obtains worldwide but Nigeria's is just simply barbaric!!
Same thoughts coursed through my mind the other day a picture of Fayose's sons were uploaded here. People went; "wow, see fweshness", "hmm, doro hansome", "awww, cute dudes", "kai, money good oo", "god punish poverty". These "handsome, fwesh, good looking and cute" guys are the people you would never find in the streets causing trouble during, before or after elections, cos their lives cannot be put on the line for whatever reason! When politicians stir up violence you can't find them in the streets wielding sticks, throwing rocks, carrying placards or waving green leaves! You can't find them snatching ballot boxes from polling units. Hell, if possible they wouldn't be allowed to breath the same air that has been "contaminated" buy the breaths of you and I. They sit in their fortified bunkers and watch us rip ourselves apart over chaos they instigated.
Such a pity Nigerians can't see the handwriting on the wall. God bless you for this post. I'm yet to see any of our politicians children lead a campaign not to talk of protest. Nigerians think! |

Inoma akator.....@op thanks for opening this thread. It reminded me of my days as a Corp member in Anambra State. All through the 3weeks orientation at the camp, we keep hearing of ayamelum (I am alone) as the worst community one can be posted to due to lack of roads and light. But I was shocked when I was told I'll need to travel for about 4hrs in flying boat from Onitsha to get to my PPA....gosssh! I have never travelled by water before, so the thought of entering a boat send shivers down my spine! We started our journey, myself and other Corp members agreed we are getting a rejection letter no matter what. Getting to inoma, the story changed, very warm and hospitable people. They received us like kings, took us round the community introduced us to the King and organized a reception for us. It was at this stage we changed our minds to stay. The people in this community are bilingual. They speak igala most of the times and speak igbo when occasion demands. The communities as mentioned by the op is suffering from neglect by the successive governments. No roads, no water, no light, but in all, the people are very accommodating and hardworking. |

Agbo ejo enikan da....agba osika!(drawing conclusion based on a perspective is not a proper thing to do). I'll wait till i have a tangible evidence before i can comment on this issue. Electing a tout instead of a perfect gentleman is not new, it happens in the bible time, they prefer armed robbers to Jesus Christ. Let Ekiti people deal with the consequence of their decision. |
