Pinkyhubb:
Buhari can never give such a threat reply to Olusegun Obasanjo, but if it happens to be true, then I think buhari is chanting for a war that he is certainly sure he can't win irrespective that he is in power.
You are daft. Is the writer of the piece in contention abi you can't see Garba Shehu there?

Politics › Re: Breaking News: "Go Home Peacefully" - Obasanjo To Buhari by bender79: 4:28pm On Jan 20, 2019
If obasanjo did well perhaps we won't be were we are today. Obasanjo is a hypocrite. Buhari is even more tolerant than obasanjo.

Politics › Re: Why You Should Vote For Kingsley Moghalu As The Next Nigeria President by bender79: 4:03pm On Jan 20, 2019
bigboluet:
He will be in ATIKU cabinet... He knows that his party doesn't have the structure to win like APC & PDP... his total votes can't be up to 150,000 votes. But since we want to get Nigeria working again .. He will bring his idea after Atiku's victory
Atiku will not win

Thrash.
From ur little knowledge of boxing, u want to fight a current champion without the champion being around? Or is the championship vacant?
You are the one writing thrash. Accept the fact that your principal misfired. As you can see the euphoria of his U.S journey has been eroded for this act. Imagine if he attended that debate and together with his U.S trip, how much it would have impacted his profile
Politics › Re: 2019 Presidential Debate: The Winner Is President Buhari by bender79: 6:12am On Jan 20, 2019
Atiku had the oppourtunity to strenghten his elite support base but was there doing follow follow not knowing that Buhari is already galvanising his talakawa's support base out there in the campaigns..
Politics › Re: 2019 Presidential Debate: Atiku Is Even More Disappointing Than Buhari by bender79: 2:58am On Jan 20, 2019
Atiku missed an oppourtunity to strenghten his elite support base. How can he be waiting for buhari? Buhari knows his support base(talakawa's) and he is beginning to galvanise it again through the campaigns.
Politics › Re: Fani Kayode, Ben Bruce Reacts To President Buhari's Absence From The Debate by bender79: 9:12pm On Jan 19, 2019
Shame that Atiku didn't debate. We agree that PMB failed but will you also lie flat with your opponent in a boxing bout?
Politics › 2023 Should Be Our Focus by bender79(op): 9:07pm On Jan 19, 2019
It is better we have the last four years of the old age brigade as president in this country than another 8 years. It is my belief that 2023 will provide us with new breed politicians who will at least attend debates.

awelekiti:
Did you realise how long it took atiku to fly from the USA to Nigeria?. He left around 9:30 am Nigeria time. Despite his late arrival, he still made it to the debate venue but couldn't participate as the debate had gone almost halfway. Unfortunately, Buhari was conspicuously absent without telling us the reason. His party had said the won't show up without any cogent reason. Atiku had been able to prove to Nigerians hes a keader to behold, by tendering apologies with an open statement and reasons why he couldn't make it to the venue. That's a Charistma of a good leader.
No excuse sir! Since he got to the venue he would have debated
Politics › Now That Atiku Has Failed To Debate Will You Still Blame PMB by bender79(op): 8:10pm On Jan 19, 2019
We all knew that PMB will not attend the debate. We are all aware of his weaknesses in speech and perhaps age. However Atiku appear to be better in speech and perhaps healthier. One will expect that all the hype attributed to Atiku compared to buhari would have made it easy for him to debate today. All the crap about buhari not attending and for that reason he will not be debating leaves a question mark around what we think we know.

Serious tactical mistake from Atiku team.

A disregard for the people of Nigeria. No other way to spin this. And a golden opportunity to show he is above Buhari present level.

Pray this doesn't come back to hurt them
His stratergists are fools

Politics › Re: 2019 Presidential Election Debate (Live Updates) by bender79: 7:48pm On Jan 19, 2019
DesChyko:
Let me give you the position of your MCM in 2015.

"He argued that there is no basis for debate since the record of the PDP and Mr. Jonathan in government is public knowledge."

What record are we talking about?
Garba Shehu listed them as:

“We are not shadow-chasers or moonwalkers. The APC is concerned mainly with the lack of unity and security in Nigeria; plus the growing decimation of lives, property and territory of our great country due to preventable insurgency; the slumbering economy; decaying educational system; absence of jobs; poor public health; and the cancerous institutionalization of corruption in our national life. You can’t fool the people all the time."

Interchange APC and PDP and Buhari in both quotes above and tell yourself it doesn't speak for Nigeria today.

If the present situation doesn't educate Nigerians on how to use their PVC, then, we're talking of a case beyond redemption.
Trash. His stratergists are stupid

If Atiku is a mumu, Bubu is a...? grin
He is a mumu . Why did he leave a debate? I'm sure he was intimidated by others. Politics is dynamic, the euphoria of US journey has ended he needed to keep the momentum. Just watch what APC will come up with to the election day.
Politics › Re: Atiku Issues Statement On Absence From Debate, Apologizes To Candidates by bender79: 7:41pm On Jan 19, 2019
Atiku is a mumu by this act he has put buhari ahead. Who are his stratergists?

Zombies and shallow memory.
Buhari blatantly refused to attend the past debate. And none of that had to do with the useless excuse you gave up there. According to him, the organizers are against him that's why he won't attend.
You guys just defend whatever you hear without really committing them to memory. Just 4 years and you've forgotten his excuse for boycotting the debate? lipsrsealed
Ta your mouth there. This was a golden oppourtunity for him to show case himself . At least we agree buhari is a poor communicator...if he were wise he would have stood in
Politics › Re: 2019 Presidential Election Debate (Live Updates) by bender79: 7:13pm On Jan 19, 2019
Atiku is a coward. It was a clear oppourtunity to show a difference. It means we can't expect anything different from Atiku presidency. Wailers over to you....

Am still confused why a president that is contesting as the presidential candidate of a party will even say he is handling over the party flag to the party presidential candidate of the party ( when the supposed to recieve is the gubernatorial candidate) assuming he didn't mention senatorial before gubernatorial again I would have said its slip of tongue but that incidence still pondering on it.
Note am not for any of the parties just thinking aloud my opinion.
I'm almost amazed at how you write incomprehensibly

We all agree that Buhari is a poor communicator but I thought Atiku would have used his advantage against him. Ok. I get the likes of miughalu, sowore and oby on Atiku's case will expose him. Lol
