Farmers get agricultural land at discounted prices, sed and fertilizers at discounted prices.

Foreign investors get lands at discount and tax cuts spanning over 12months. So its fair

Make a list and arrange in order with regards to priority. Security will top the list. And no resolution that will bring about peace is ever expensive. When their is no security, all you mentioned will move at a slow pace. Do you wonder why advanced countries sink in billions of their budget on security? Do you think its just for media publicity? Cos thats whats guarantees and same time a bed rock for other priorities

Ranching is the way forward, once upon a time, some people killed twins, involved in cannibalism even recently masquerades and they saw it as culture, a way of life but now, all these have phased out. Fulanis should phase out open grazing too and embrace Ranching.
