Can't Custom leave these clearing cost open in their website for individual to have access to and know the duties they are to pay, even though we know that clearing should be done through an agent, can't we know the actual amount from custom. Then we can negotiate with the agent on their agency fee.

I'm meeting this thread after 5 years. Please I don't know if you can be of help to help me check if a piece of land I bought years ago is under government acquisition. The person we bought the land from has been acting shady recently and told me that government has took over the land. I want to know if truly government has taken over or not to know the next way forward. I've the Google coordinates of the land in question.

Honestly, don't know where to start.
Because access the cells can be a huge factor. You will need a battery cage and bms which you will have to order from China. You will need battery charger for the cells (for balancing).

My point is, building alone, I can put a figure on it since there are some other things you will need to buy and own.
