German floor and Terrazo are completely different things

In simple terms, German floor is a pert of the foundation works and represents the final concrete bad laid over the entire sub structure foundation works

Terazzo is part of the final finishing - It is old fashioned and has been replaced with Tiles, marble etc in modern times

Can someone confirm which hospital is know as Stella Obasanjo hospital? Is it a new hospital? Private or govt?

I agree with you that the window looks unusually low but how do you know for definite that it would be flooded?

How did you deduce merely from pic that foundation isnt raft?

Also, i would like to add that raft foundation doesnt stop flood. It only helps prevent water from soaking up foundation structure cos concrete raft is stronger than block foundation.

My point is, this structure may well be raft with a well landscaped compound which ensures rain water flows to the outside.

BTW, i dont know anything about this building or the seller; i am only giving my opinion.
Dont take it the wrong way cos infact i agree with you that windows look low but on the other hand, do no see any evidence that raft does not exist or that compound will flood. Take note, some streets and areas in Aja have good gutters etc
