Hi Ben,do you think that sometimes we influence what we dream through our emotional state or things we do before we sleep.

there is a connection between your outer life and your inner life. both affect each other. so of course your emotional state and the things you do before you sleep can influence your dream.

if so how can we tell which is important.

this is where your dream journal comes in. because there are different types of dream and you may not at present be able to realize the type of dream you had. if you keep a record of your dreams in a dream journal and review it from time to time, at a later date you may realize that a dream that did not make sense in the beginning is now making sense.  most importantly every dream no matter how trivial is telling you something about yourself.

sometimes I don't understand the dreams E.g i dreamt a big disaster like an earthquake or something occurred,all my family members were calling & I was telling them am okay,i have tried but can't make any sense of the dream.

just like i explained above. you may not understand now but later you will. it is just a matter of time. there are two things there. you may have a dream of the future which of course may not make sense now but in time when the event comes to pass you will then realize its meaning. and also if the dream is symbolic you will need to go into contemplation and ask the Holy Spirit for clarification.

my heart is telling me am on the right path,but it's a lil difficult and complicated than I thought.

always follow your heart it will never lead you astray. truth is very simple. it is the mind that complicates things because of its nature. just relax and follow the subtle nudges that comes from the Holy Spirit and you will be okay.

Even before I started singing hu,when you told me to ask for the truth.i did & saw a man I was asking questions,but now I haven't seen him since.don't know if it's because am not really consistent with singing hu,I just feel if the picture is not clear enough what's the point looking at it

The Spiritual Masters are always there in the inner waiting for Souls who are eager to know the Truth. they teach freely from the fountain of their knowledge. but it takes love, discipline and consistency and persistence and patience to break through. at the beginning the picture may not appear clear but it is because of the fog blocking your spiritual eyes. consistent singing of the HU, clears that fog and enables you to see clearly.

if your neighbor's generator is so loud,disturbing your singing hu at night,what will you do?thanks and may the blessings be.

use your creativity. if you listen very well to the sound of that generator you will hear the sound of HU in it. just sing along with it and enjoy yourself. at a point in the spiritual exercise you may stop hearing the sound of the generator entirely as the inner sounds come through. there is a spiritual exercise in the book "The Spiritual Exercises of ECK" that explains how one can incorporate outer  sounds to his or her singing of the HU song. You thrive to become a master of every situation through your creativity.

Wwwow :O!!!' Mineral' like being a diamond,saphire, bronze,gold etc ?

minerals like inorganic matter, hills, mountains, water, stone, air etc. each of these are inhabited by souls at the mineral level whom some people mistakenly worship as spirits in those mountains or water bodies. those so called air, water and mountain spirits are really immature souls who are still on their way up the spiritual ladder. when their level of consciousness expands above that level they move to the next level.

Does it means one may be in a human body but be on a mineral or plant level?

once a soul reaches the level of being embodied in the human body it means that it is now at the Human level of consciousness. you can not be in a human body and be at the mineral or plant level at the same time. it does not work that way.

That time you asked me to do my best and depend on the Holy Spirit, after my SE, l asked a question about Truth, the reply I got was like this "there are 30 breeds of birds, they control the air".By "they control the air", the speaker implies that they cause the air to move in directions as they flap their wings. And I was like lol "whoot are you kidn me? Birds wings control the air? Haha" with an air of disbelieve-almost contemptuously. I was like this is hilarious! How can birds wings control the air lol Cheesy.

you were given a profound truth. you need to dig deeper to understand it very well. do not take it at face value.

I only hope this doesn't reflect an inner unpreparedness for Truth! Maybe its cos I was more concerned in a certain sense with school and my hide-n-seeking girlfriend :/. But I thought I've taken my spirituality serious? How could I behaved that way? Any way its cool!!  Otherwise maybe the speaker was speaking in parables :/.

you are always given truth that suits your level of consciousness. it has nothing to do with inner unpreparedness for truth. you are always prepared for a level of truth and that is what is given to you.

I use to think I should settle this 'domestic' hiccups before going for the spiritual ones?

everything is connected to your spiritual growth. the so called domestic hiccups may be teaching you an important spiritual principle.

But sometimes it suggests its frivolous asking the holy spirit to help me get over with my girlfriend-its distracting at times.

there is nothing too frivolous to ask the Holy Spirit. you can ask to have an understanding why you are having any issues.

But then this is my first attempt at truly loving someone-hope its true love-else its just some Karmic aftermath :/,  Just these two things mostly:My school,Mygirlfriend. The rest will take care of it self.

love is a very beautiful thing indeed. you start with human love and then it grows to Divine love or unconditional love where you love for the sake of love with no strings attached. there are always wonderful lessons to learn from love.

since you asked for my opinion i will oblige you.

when a soul is at a cross road of Its spiritual journey it is time to shut down all the outer doors and open only the inner door and listen to the instructions that comes from within you.

it is time to stop listening and asking for outer opinions of people and ask the Holy spirit that is already within you what the next step for you should be. i assure you that you will get an answer that will be for your best  spiritual interest. people will only give you opinions based on their state of consciousness and what they know about life and what they think will be good for you spiritually. but it is only the Holy spirit who knows you in and out and who knows what your spiritual needs are.

every night before you sleep pray the way that is comfortable for you and ask the Holy spirit for guidance on the next step to take. become an inner directed person and not somebody driven around like chaff in the wind by different opinions by different people.

that is my little opinion.

So which part is of it is refered to as the 'animal level'?

in the physical plane souls come into different physical embodiments starting from the mineral level to the plant level then to the animal level and then to the human level. from the human level physical evolution stops and spiritual evolution commences. Soul will have to pass through these levels in its journey to spiritual maturity.

So on earth; one can move past all planes to the hearth of God, this must be hard and rigorous.

it is easiest to gain God consciousness from the Earth than the inner planes. why? because life on earth is tough and it makes people to seek God whereas life in the inner planes are much easier that most Souls do not bother progressing upwards again. so yes on earth one can move past all the planes to the heart of God and of course it is a hard and rigorous journey. one in which you must be refined in and out to become pure before you can get near the God head.

more light on reincarnation. If every body
is recycled until they get to full God
consciousness and either decide to be a co-
worker with God while the evil ones
sometimes reincarnate to lesser beings

Reincarnation is a process whereby Souls pass through the lower worlds including the physical universe coming and going until they achieve God consciousness and move into the pure spiritual plane.

Reincarnation is not restricted between the earth and the next plane known as the astral plane. It also occurs between other inner planes like between the causal plane and astral plane.

The purpose of reincarnation is for a soul who has not learnt some lessons needed for Its development to come back and complete it.

On the issue of evil human souls reincarnating backwards as animals it is not possible as Soul progression move in one direction. A Soul may only stagnate in one level without moving up.

In terms of population decreasing, from my above explanation you have to inderstand that there are still trillions of souls who have not even been able to reincarnate to the physical universe expecially earth and are looking for such opportunity.
Such opportunity usually comes during the present age in which we are in currently called the Kali Yuga age or Iron age. This is the age when the level of negativity increases dramatically in the lower worlds and it provides a wonderful opportunity for immature souls to come in large numbers to earth in order to learn some valuable lessons they can not get elsewhere. So this usually causes a large explosion in population.

And due to the large number of immature souls reincarnating they create a very big chaos on earth. That is why there is a lot of bad things happening too and so little love being given to life.

So reincarnation is a very wide field. If there are still questions you have feel free to ask.

What amazes me about christians is the way they fixate themselves on what is wriiten in their bible without seeking clarification from the Holy Spirit.

Jesus himself said it that he will send the comforter, the Holy Spirit who will lead the disciples to all truth. The Holy Spirit is the repository of all the truth about God and any sincere truth seeker can have access to It.

If you are confused about whether Hell exist or not or whether Souls will spend eternity in it or not just say a sincere prayer and ask the Holy Spirit for clarification. The experience you will have will become your authority and you will really know for yourself. Instead of all these rambling around and arguments and counter arguments that leaves you more confused than ever.

The choice is yours.

Thanks Ben.what role do angels play since we already have masters.

in the spiritual hierarchy angels are much lesser beings. they are usually messengers for the Lords of the Lower Planes or Lower Heavens who usually uses them to deliver messages to humans. The Spiritual Masters are more advanced Souls who have made the journey to the heart of God and returned to help fellow souls to make the same journey they did.

whenever am saying hu and there is lil sound it causes something like startle reflex,it's uncomfortable and I can't control it.Did you experience it,how can it stop.

as you sing the Hu, the light and sound of God starts coming through. the startle reflex you are experiencing is due to your being tensed up and afraid. it is very important that you relax during spiritual exercises so as not to cut off the experience by being startled. of course in my early days in ECK, i experienced it. i will even jump up as the experience is about to start. gradually as love enters your heart the startling will naturally fade away.

creative imagination is a natural faculty which soul uses to penetrate the inner worlds. it involves actively imagining a spiritual scenario that can help unlock a knowledge you are seeking.

that particular exercise is used to unlock messages which has been given to you in the dream state. usually in the dream state, truth is usually given to souls but when they wake up they do not remember or even when they remember they do not understand the message given because most times the message comes in a form that your mind can not decipher.

in that particular exercise you imagine that you just woke up and in your hands is a computer diskette containing all the information that was given to you in the dream state which you are trying to unlock. in your imagination see yourself putting that diskette in a computer. put the computer on as you would do in the outer world. then relax and listen as the meaning of your dream is translated to you in a way you can understand.

the point i was trying to explain to you is that the first part of the exercise is your imagination that is where you put the diskette in the computer. but the second part where the message comes through is no longer your imagination. if you are in a relaxed and open frame of mind the message comes through via the Holy spirit in a clear way that you will understand.

but if your state of consciousness is not yet open to receive messages through that way, the information can still be revealed to you through other means that will be easy for you to understand and it can even come through during your daily life so you have to be alert to catch the message.
receiving messages via this exercise takes practice.

Spiritual Exercises are active ways that Soul uses to tap into the fountain of knowledge of the ECK, The Holy Spirit instead of the more passive method of meditation where the Soul waits passively for God to reveal itself.

Some of the Exercises like the one you are confused about starts with creative imagination. At a point in the exercise if you are successful with it , imagination ceases and the Holy Spirit takes over breaking down the truth that was revealed to you in a way you can understand and apply in your daily life.


Even when after doing the exercise you do not see or hear anything, it does not mean that the answer will not come. Be alert during the day. You will be surprised at the different ways that the Holy Spirit can bring Truth to you. There is nothing stereotyped or rigid about the Holy Spirit.

then you have the Lower planes in which there is now a mixture of spirit and matter.      Does this statement means one of 'spirit' and 'matter' was introduced and 'mixture' occured recently?

in the lower worlds matter was created out of spirit to give forms which souls can wear in order to experience life in the lower universes. the density of the matter varies from plane to plane and as you move from the mental plane to the physical  plane the density of matter increases tremendously and the amount of spirit embedded in the matter reduces in vibration. without these combinations souls will not be able to experience life in the lower worlds because its true nature is like God's nature, formless and intangible. putting on the form of matter enables it to experienthe pains, sorrows and joys one find in the lower worlds.

and finally Elam who is in charge of the Physical Plane.
This Elam, he lives on a physical body--on earth? Or some other planet?

the funny thing is that man thinks that life exists only on earth in the physical universe and only in the gross physical form that our physical eyes alone can see. the earth is actually the worst place in the physical universe. it is called the trash can of the physical universe. life exists in other planets and galaxies in the physical universe but not in the same form or vibration as we have it on earth. if you did science you will know that water in the form of gas can not be seen by the physical eyes but it is still physical matter but at a higher vibration. life in other planets like venus is at a higher physical vibration which our physical eyes can not sense.

about Elam i will not spoon feed you. in Eckankar we are spiritual scientists and we learn to find out things for ourselves. then your experience becomes your authority and no one can take it from you. i want you to learn how to get answers directly from the Holy Spirit. because as soul you have the privilege to access any information or truth you want to know in the universes of God. all you need to do is to ask The Mahanta, that you would like to know where Elam lives or to make it sweeter ask to see Elam so that you can ask him any question you want to ask him

Please who are the lords of the various heavens, plus the physical plane?

all these information can be found in the Holy Book of Eckankar known as The Shariyat-Ki-Sugmad. reading it can help you a lot in your spiritual studies. The Various Heavens consists of two grand divisions. you have the pure Spiritual planes in which all exist as one. there are no divisions there. you exist as pure soul there, neither male nor female.

The pure spiritual planes starts from the Soul Plane or Atma Lok to the Anami Lok. each of these Pure
Spiritual Plane has a lord that God places in charge to administer the plane. Starting with the Sat Nam in Soul Plane to the Anami Purusha in Anami Lok. note that these beings are merely representing God. they are not the Almighty God Who itself is formless and unfathomable.

then you have the Lower planes in which there is now a mixture of spirit and matter. which is also the worlds of duality. where nothing can exist without its opposite. these worlds forms the schools for soul to mature in and then find its way back to God. they comprise of the Etheric plane, mental plane, causal plane, astral plane and then the physical plane. the lords who are in charge of each of these planes include Sohang, Omkar, Ramkar, Jot Niranjan and finally Elam who is in charge of the Physical Plane.

He is living on Earth presently. He is the Guardian of a section of the Shariyat-Ki-Sugmad at the Katsupari Monastery Temple of Golden Wisdom in Northern Tibet. The Temple is there physically but it is revealed to only sincere seekers of Truth.

exactly. immortalizing the physical body means the Body remains active and does not age or die for as long as it is needed for that particular service it is giving out. this is possible through the avenue of the Holy Spirit or the ECK if your physical body is needed for a very lengthy service in the physical plane.

there is a book written by Sri Harold Klemp called "Those Wonderful ECK Masters" inside the book are the history and stories about some past ECK Masters. also included are some spiritual exercises on how to meet them. you can even be creative and make up your own exercise. what matters is your sincerity. Those Masters are there for only one purpose only and that is to help any sincere seeker to find Its way back to God.

to meet Sri Fubbi Quantz you can sing his name in a drawn out way FU-BBI QUANTZ. sing it for 20 to 30 minutes at a sitting then go to bed and watch your dreams. you can also make a simple request before sleeping that you would like to meet him. then go to sleep and watch your dreams. mind you He can appear in any way. He can come in your dreams, in a soul travel experience or even physically. so be alert after doing the exercise.
you can also ask Wah z, The Mahanta to take you to him. try all these suggestions, remove any iota of fear or doubt and have fun.

have tuned into the Holy Spirit. It's kind of
like The Matrix where Neo saw reality in a

you are really a very funny soul. Blaspheme indeed.
Without knowing it you are quite closer to It than those who claim to know. When you look at life through the matrix of the Holy Spirit, reality takes a whole new meaning and you can not help but give love to all life because your nature becomes pure love and pure love alone.

I think the Holy Spirit can
never be fully understood.

nothing of God can be fully understood with the human mind. You have to let go of all your bias, prejudices, preconceived notions and surrender yourself like a child to It. Then you will experience the full glory of the Holy Spirit

One can see the
Holy Spirit in even the most mundane things
& all one can do is just soak it in.

like i said before you are quite closer to the reality than most people who claim to know. The Holy Spirit is even in the most mundane things. It fills all space and permeates all beings.
If your spiritual eye opens what you will see around you is a wide expanse of light that stretches from eternity to eternity linking all souls together. Within that wide expanse of light all life is immersed in it and without it all life can not exist.

We are all connected to each other through the Holy Spirit that is why Soul to Soul inner communication is possible between souls who love each other. There is no division and no separation between one soul and another. All the divisions and separations are in our minds. Our minds are the obstacles.

When you are able to rise above the mind and awaken as soul you will find that life takes a whole new meaning and it becomes easy to love the atheists, the christian, the muslim, the buddhists, your so called enemies. Because we are all one. souls made in the image and likeness of God and the only difference between one soul and another is in the degree of spiritual awakening.

How aware that soul is of his divine nature and of his oneness to all life. This then determines how he interacts with other souls.
This is the reason i find it very easy to give love to all around me. Even with those who disagree with me or those who want to harm.
So my dear these are things you have to experience for yourself to become a knower. When you are ready.

especially the bolded. Who says the Holy
Spirit isn't at work in atheists ?

The Holy Spirit is active in every soul. It does not matter the tribe or religion or even lack of religion. Whether you believe in the existence of the Holy Spirit or not does not matter at all. The Holy spirit works with soul according to its level of spiritual maturity and understanding. It will never reveal to you any Truth that you are not yet spiritually matured enough to handle.
The only problem soul has is being able to open itself to receive and understand the guidance that comes from the Holy Spirit. Because many are still spiritually blind and deaf and cannot see the light nor hear the sound of the Holy Spirit.
It takes mostly a loving heart and a child-like attitude to tune in to the Holy Spirit. Doing a Spiritual Exercise can help soul achieve this.

Before one can talk about what a sin against the Holy Spirit is you have to first of all know what the Holy Spirit is and Its purpose.

The Holy Spirit is the Essence of God through which we can experience God and have an understanding of God. It is the life force through which God created all things in existence. In It we live, move and have our being. The Holy Spirit can be seen as light and heard as sound. This was duly reported in the Holy Bible during the pentecost when the Apostles saw it as tongues of fire and heard it as a sound of rushing wind.
In ECKANKAR, We call the Holy Spirit, The ECK. ANKAR means The Way.
ECKANKAR simply meaning The Way of the Holy Spirit

The purpose of the Holy Spirit is to lead all souls to the truth about itself and about God. That is why Most masters point out the importance of a soul being linked up to the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit gradually exposes each soul to Truth according to its capacity to grasp and understand it and when that soul becomes fully matured, It takes that soul back home to God to receive its mission to become a Co- Worker with God in any of the mansions of God.

So a sin against the Holy Spirit that can not be forgiven both here and in the world beyond is when another soul interfers with the work of the Holy Spirit in any soul thereby removing that soul from the inner path that leads back to God.

It is a very serious offence in spiritual matters. The consequences is that you have to keep on reincarnating with that particular soul until you repair the spiritual damage you did. It then becomes your spiritual responsibility to return that soul to the original spiritual state you found him in, no matter how many lifetimes it takes.

That is why the practice of the principle of non-interference is important. You have to first remove the log in your own eyes by working first on your own spiritual growth and leave others alone to grow at their own pace.

Every soul is on their own spiritual journey and the Holy Spirit is in touch with everyone guiding them on their own path back to God.
Ignorance of the spiritual laws of life is not an excuse at all.
