In a developed country, dude can end up becoming a millionaire by suing off the behind of those uneducated hoodlums who think accusing someone with a loud voice equals evidence. He might have poisoned people by putting something in their food or drinks, I don't know. Is there any body that evaluates the worth of a building in Nigeria? Or do you people just insert your hands in your crotch and quote 75 million. With 75 million naira, I can buy at least 2 duplexes in the United States. In a quiet , secured neighborhood with concealed drainage system, 24hrs electricity etc. I've given up building a house in a Nigerian city. Will just build a house in my village and invest my money here. Period!

Sir could you please specify what you mean by the 'carcass' only? Is the roofing included in the carcass? If yes, what roofing material?

This building shouldn't trespass 15m for carcass but what's on ground is 16.2m which even seem impossible to complete,labour is higher than Lekki Lagos,materials and many more.

Lowest amount per day is #2,500 for labourers
As we always ensure the client buys his materials himself and even some part of workmanship for perfect transparency and we are spending much higher, only cement is fair here so far...

If the design is well noted, you will notice we have cantilever on the lintel which such design is scarce and to last long it must be cast-in-situ(R.C) and two primary purpose is to serve as shade and aesthetics,in this case increase the cost a bit on both iron,sand, granite, cement,workmanship as well.
