Hi Guys, please what's the email I should contact to let them know I won't be able to complete the medicals within 30 days of CIC's request? Thanks
Travel / Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 21 by benque: 5:41pm On Mar 20, 2022
Thanks for your response Armah. Please are they in Lagos? I think I only saw Abuja on CIC site

Armah22:
from what I’ve heard IOM is better as they send your medicals faster than qlife and also the next available spot in qlife is most likely June as April is filled up
Travel / Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 21 by benque: 4:45pm On Mar 20, 2022
Hi guys

Please who do you guys advise to use for medicals?
Travel / Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 21 by benque: 1:16pm On Mar 18, 2022
Hi guys. So me I've even forgotten about this Canada dream. Had first refusal in October 2019, re-applied March 2020. They didn't say anything since and I forgot. They just sent me request for medical.
I no longer have the admission obviously, I don't have passport (It has expired).
Should I bother myself trying to get these things back? Is a request for medicals still a strong hint of a pending Approval? What do you guys think?

Lol. When is your date ? Suit isn't necessary, but it's advisable to do so. Dressing policy in PwC is flexible to an extent

Soar19:
We are good I guess. Thanks for asking. Is suit necessary for the interview? and I hope you are playing as hard as you are working? grin

Amen to your name o cheesy

Most people will be posted to Lagos. There might be a few openings for Abuja and pH, but that'll be after induction is done

PWCinJesusname:
Quick question, will we all be posted to Lagos? Can we choose or request to be posted to Abuja branch or is this recruitment only for Lagos?
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Pwc Graduate Recruitment 2021 by benque: 12:00pm On Jun 22, 2021
Are there any advisory guys here?
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Pwc Graduate Recruitment 2021 by benque: 9:01am On May 19, 2021
True. While it is always good to be yourself. If you see that being yourself doesn't align with the company values, you have 2 options, walk away or adapt. I'm sure a lot of people would not want to walk away from the opportunity, so adapting is the popular choice. grin

ThreeBlackBird:

This is the really deal. While you should be yourself as someone earlier suggested, it is also important that 'yourself' should have virtues that align with the organization's mission and vision.

Study the PwC values, and let your answers align with them. When you see a question, don't just rush to answer, ask yourself which of the PwC values it relates to and answer in line with that value. Also remember to be consistent, you will see similar questions, if you pick agree for one, don't go and pick disagree for others so as not to come off as confused

Who remembers back when jamb wasn't CBT, how there used to be different types from maybe type A - Z, so that people sitting next to each other writing similar papers won't be able to help each other. It's a similar case, some people will see different types in this exam, but some people might be lucky enough to be on the same type.

So far it's a graduate trainee role, it doesn't matter if you have experience or not(save advisory). The only thing that affects pay is if an individual is chartered or not.

charlesu49:
Quick questions please;

Are considerations given to people with prior work experience?

Does this affect the pay scale?

What is the remuneration like?
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Pwc Graduate Recruitment 2021 by benque: 6:10pm On May 06, 2021
Assurance makes more money and has way more clients than any other line of service so they need more people

They must have really liked you to keep you that long

I just had my interview. First session was "how do you think Nigeria can tackle unemployment?"

Lottssss of behavioural questions, Lots of them...I was probably asked all the behavioral questions that have been shared here, and more.

-What's the most challenging job you've done?
-Give us an example of when you've had to seek an opinion in carry out an assignment.
-Share an experience of your integrity being tested. Can't remember a lot of them, but I answered 10 or more

Interview lasted for 55mins. A part of me is happy that I finally got this interview off my chest, but this is another level of anxiety for me.

I did ask them this, they said offer comes next and then online induction. Although anything can happen (say what say what)

It should be, but not so fast. Everything cant end up online. I think one way or the other there will be physical stuff.
