Hello Benz101 congrats on your successful application. Please did your employer had to stamp all your 12months pay slip that you submitted? Cos I only ask my employer to stamp 6months and also a letter. Thank you while I wait for your reply.
I am sorry for my late reply. My employer only stamped the letter. Payslips were not stamped.

Good day house,
My spouse visa extension was approved today despite applying outside 28 days unintentionally and several months of absence in the UK.
I have been off and on the UK for some personal reasons which my husband explained in details on the form. We started completing the form earlier than 28 days within intension to submit yesterday after all uploads. We had no idea that when you pay the fee is when the application will be submitted. So we submitted 37days to expiration of my visa. I was so worried and having paid for super priority again. My husband was so calm and said to me that they can never deny spouse visa unless the marriage is fake or the sponsor reports the applicant and some other reasons deem fit by UKVI. My husband did a cover letter explaining that we did not know that when payment is received means submission and acknowledge our mistake as ignorance is not excuse. by the time we returned home from my appointment, I got an email stating that my visa has now been granted. though my husband said that the times that I have been absent from UK, that I will need to make them up, that at the time of indefinite leave to remain, I may be granted an extension. He is confident that the worst UKVI do is to keep granting extension while collecting their application fee. My situation was uncommon to some lawyers, that I secretly spoke to some lawyers behind my husband and none offered advise despite my willingness to pay for their services.

Good day house. Please I am asking on behalf of a friend. My friend wants to do court marriage in Bariga registry in Lagos to use it for her spouse visa application, she has gone to the registry and she was told the certificate is very authentic and can be used internationally. But the problem now is that some of her friends told her that local registry is not acceptable by UK Embassy only federal registry at Ikoyi. Please house how true is this? She is a confused. And beside the money for Ikoyi registry is higher, they were charging 60k while Bariga is charging only 15k. I will appreciate your suggestions please. Thank you.
It is not true that UK embassy accepts only Ikoyi registry. They accept others too.

Good morning All.

I want to enquire if cover letter and letter from landlord are compulsory. Also if compulsory, can anyone help with a sample for the cover letter. Your response will be highly appreciated.

Good day everyone. Please my hubby is due for a renewal of his UK spouse Visa. Please can he use B1 TEST instead of A2 TEST to full fill the English language requirements? Please advice if anyone in the house has done this before and had no problems. Thank you.
The CEFR standard (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) levels are as thus.

English Basic User (A1, A2)
A1 (Beginner)
A2 (Elementary English)

English Independent User (B1, B2)
B1 (Intermediate English)
B2 (Upper-Intermediate English)

Proficient English User (C1, C2)
C1 (Advanced English)
C2 (Proficiency English)

So base on the above levels, CEFR A2 test and above should be sufficient for the application. My opinion and I stand to be corrected.

The dates of the items of correspondence should be spread evenly over the whole 2 years. If you submit online, you will get the attached checklist. I uploaded 8 acceptable items spread evenly over 2 years of which I lived in 2 different addresses.

If you've lived in 3 different places over 2 years, the same will apply
Thanks a lot for your quick response and clarification.

Good evening everyone,

My spouse visa will be expiring soon. I want to enquire about proof of address. My husband and I have moved address 3 times. Do we need to provide 6 proof of address for each of us for individual houses we lived in? or Do we spread the 6 proof of address for the various houses?
Your kind advise is highly appreciated.

INEC does not have the result sheets and other materials used to collate results during the presidential and National Assembly election. Tension may spring up in cancellation of the those elections. I Dey go buy popcorn and sidon Dey watch as things unfold. Make e no affect nse.

I see Zenith getting to N27 this week. UBA and FBNH getting to N11 - N12.50 soon. Just my opinion and not a recommendation in any form.

Interesting.
I tend to agree with about 2 more on your list plus Fidelity.
Like kolaish stated, banking sector has the majority.
Which 3? UBA Fidelity ETI?
For some reasons, I see conoil getting to N28-N30 by June/July

Now that result of the presidential election has been announced, coupled with earnings/result season at hand, list your top 5 stocks for capital appreciation in the next 3 - 4 weeks time frame.
No fighting, no quarreling.
Just state your reasons (if need be) for your choice.
Mine guess are Conoil Plc, UBA, Fidelity, ETI PZ

Joke of the year! You have no idea what you’re talking about! And your analysis sound more like you’re campaigning for Atiku or Obi or PDP.
The only way NSE will rally is when Buhari wins .
Let me tell you something. We all know that Buhari will win comfortably in the north . And if at all he will lose the election, then it will be because of block votes from southeast/ southsouth to pdp ,which is not even feasible. But this is just an analogy.
If the majority of the northern states and Buhari himself are not comfortable with the Election results . and Buhari makes just one wrong statement that will trigger unrest and maybe violence in the nation . Na only “Go” an average Hausa/Fulani hear . Dem no dy hear come .
You know the rest .

NSE go red , ehn!
You sef go fear !
Bro, sorry o. Buhari will not win north easily. He will loose in his state Kastina. I place a N50k bet with you

Union bank has proved to be a better buy than UBA and fbnh over the last 7 months. Bought at N4.80 sold at N7 45% gain. My consolation for Transcorp, which I will sell when 2019FY will be out.

At bolded, I was never trained to insult, and will never engaged in one. You never told me that you believed in my preaching, those who believed benefited ASI was around 40,000 plus when the preaching started, and touches 29,000 few weeks ago, and now around 31,000 plus. I believed that those in this forum are adult responsible men/women, but whenever it turns to child play, I will take cover.

People who bought in January are already sitting on their gain, people who bought on February the same, even those that will still buy on current price will still make gain.
Anyway I never know were your attack is coming from, because you never told me that you supported my preaching, I was there all alone on my bonanza, even Peterich that was with me only came from behind to throw stone.

From now henceforth no more bear preaching, please find a good stock this week to take position. Since I joined this forum nobody has paid one naira to my account as appreciation.

From now henceforth no more bear preaching, the remaining part of this year is for bull.
. Please don’t use because of one person to stop preaching on any opportunity you may deem fit. I joined this forum about 3 weeks ago and I read all the past comments from page ‘1’. As a learner in stocks, I find this forum very educative and informative. If you have or see opportunities, please I beg you preach am. To make up for the annoyance, I just spoke with Rihanna to come give you a better massage. She go soon land.

There is a difference between Transcorp and TranscorpHotels the result and dividend you saw is for Transcorp hotel. Transcorp Hotel is already N6.50.
. Thanks a lot for the clarification and enlightenment. I am still a learner here. Highly appreciated.

Definitely selling off my Transcorp next week. I don’t see it doing or going beyond N2.50. It’s better to make 50kobo per share via price appreciation than to make 15kobo per share via dividend.
