I wouldn't say lenient. There is a project and they know it won't happen overnight so they are committed to that despite the hiccups that have happened thus far. I know after this season they'll clearly assess the work Ole has done and judge whether he's the right man to take the club to the next level.

Be truthful, if Ole was the coach of Chelshit would he have lasted till end of last season? I'm not saying Lampfraud is better than Ole but the owner of Chelshit is the main point here. When our team was struggling last year or earlier this season, Ole would have been thrown out since.


Ole wouldn't have seen the training ground after Burnley won us in Janaury at our home. Our board has been very lenient on Ole. Abrahimovic sacks anyhow. This is a man that sacked Conte that won a league and had just won the FA Cup.

This is a sad day for all fans of this club worldwide. As a fan of this club, I'm gutted and disgusted at the sacking of our best coach in years.

Lampard has been our best coach in a decade. Despite the transfer ban, he won against the likes of Pep, Klopp, Mourinho and winning the when-it-mattered-the-most trophy against Ole. Against all odds he achieved UCL qualification and was on course to win the league and/or UCL if not for this sack. Few points separates his team from top 4 and with a little bit of patience, he'd have won the league coz he's the best manager out there.

It's not his fault that the German musician, WerneMighty; the German Houdoni, Furadvertz and the American yahoo boy, Foolisic, conspired to drop disasterclass week after week leading this team to lose matches. It's not his fault that Rudiger wore Timberland boots instead of football boots. Can you blame super Frankie for WerneMighty missing sitters and Pks that my grandmom would score or Kai Kai becoming world-class only against farmers and blacksmiths? Lampard is a legend and didn't deserve this sack. I hope Tuchel performs worse than him so he'd be sacked and Lampard brought back because he's our version of Alex Ferguson.

There are better options in attack than him currently. While he would benefit from a 4-4-2 Diamond formation, neither McTominay or Fred are trustworthy to hold the defensive midfield position alone.

McTom’s ball control is poor, Fred is energetic and not a DM. If United had a Sergio Busquets kind-of-DM, VDB will see more gametime, but as things are, he has to remain content with coming off the bench, because neither Bruno or Pogba are getting benched for him.

Sergio Busquets will struggle as a single DM in our team or with our tactics. He was able to excel because of the style of play of Barca and Spain. I'm not raining on his parade. If you play Busquets as a lone DM in our team that's set up to counter, not a team like Barca that presses and passes the hell out of their opponents, he'd be easily bypassed.

What we need is a prime Kante of Leicester and first 2 years in Chelshit, and VDB can now play either as a LW or RW in a 442 formation. Prime Kante was tailor-made for EPL.
