Those teams are seasoned EPL teams. You're forgetting that Leeds United has been languishing in the Championship for years till Bielsa came and changed their fortunes. Let OGS manage a woeful Bolton side to win the Championship first before you downgrade the level Bielsa has taken this newcomers to.

OGS is coaching a superior team in terms of quality and in short, everything. Leeds United is not on Tottenham's level talk more of United's.

This argument would've been fair if Bielsa managing Leeds meet OGS managing let's say Burnley or Westbrom and let's see how OGS will defeat him 6-2.

One thing I know for sure is that OGS wouldn't turn the Leeds United to the team they're now if he had taken over rather than Bielsa. And if roles were reversed, Bielsa managing United will destroy OGS managing Leeds.

I'm not trying to saying Ole is mediocre, but it's easy to rate over Bielsa when he has the far superior team.

Graelish was worth way more than 50m last season or else clubs would've rushed him. Nobody came for him because of how extremely costly he'd be considering that Crystal Palace at some point were asking for £70m for Zaha.
