Don't let some people see this o
The truth is bitter.

Pep's teams press and close down free channels with alacrity, it's not a coincidence. He makes his players learn it or get sold.

Klopp's Dortmund and Liverpool are doing the same thing. Abeg, it's down to the coach not just because the players are good.

While we're praising Bruno, let's not forget to appreciate Cavani who got us that vital FK at a dangerous position.

Nope. Because they're very good at it. They have the speed and energy to cover more grounds
Swap Ole with Klopp or Pep and watch us become good at it after few months. You keep underestimating the tactic of the coach. If Ole takes over Loserfool, their gengen pressing will cease.

That was Cavani's mistake.
Yes, but he delayed the ball so much with the passing out from the back. The guy is just slow and annoying with his game reading.

Of course Hazard is better than Pepe, Bebe, Nene e.t.c

It was when they started comparing him favorably to his fathers like Messi, CR7 and his big bros like Neymar that we had to caution them. We could not ignore the plethora of evidence revealing his weak mentality and his lack of vision.

There is no excuse that they did not give (and continue to give) for the fat and gluttonous dancer. They claimed for years that their own club was holding him back and if he went to a big club he would be the best. Now his egungun don cross express and water has found its level, and he has been exposed to be pants.

This place would have been inundated with videos, gifs, memes and the rest if he was shining in La Liga. The cautionary tale of Marina, her pant, and her buys is evidence of this.
Despite Hazard running away to Madrid, Marina's iron paynt continues to hold sway over his life. This woman needs to have a statue of her legendary paynt built outside Stamford Bridge.

Lol, how do you replace a director who gave you the 2nd highest grossing movie and highest grossing Solo in your Franchise at that point in time??

Besides not as if Wonder Woman 2017 was bad or divisive. It was a critical gem. It only had a weaker ending, but that's not to say it affected or weakened the movie as a whole. It is the Best Rated DCEU movie. How do you replace the only positive response to a movie you gotten in a franchise for four years? How do you replace such performance??
Mehn, Jenkins went from 100 to 30 in WW84. The prequel was cool, I won't lie, not even the unspectacular final fight ruined it, but this WW84? Nah, e no follow at all for me. It started off well with the whole Themyscira tournament but after that, the movie tanked greatly. The final fight held so much promise with the whole slow build up, but what came next had me SMH in a is-that-all moment.

She shouldn't come back for the next movie abeg. They'd recruit a director that can give such a franchise befitting action scenes.

abduleez1:
I don't understand why you peeps keep crying bout the Action and ending in WW84. Patty Jenkins doesn't have OTT action/fight sequence as her strong suit. That's in the purview of Zack.

If the Original Wonder Woman is anything to go by, you'd have known Jenkins isn't too good with final battle or endings. She kinda messed up Ares final battle with Diana and fans weren't cool with it. That was even the major gripe of that movie.

I didn't overly expect much and I wasn't disappointed.
Wait, so she was the woman that messed the Ares and Diana final battle? Didn't even know.
Why did they allow her direct the sequel then? They'd have chosen another person to direct WW84. Better fight scenes would've papered over whatsoever cracks the movie might have had.
TV/Movies › Re: What Movie Are You Watching Now? by Beorn: 7:37pm On Jan 21, 2021
My grouse with WW84 wasn't that the director failed with her attempt at adding "soul" to the movie; I mean Endgame had a lot of soul in it, but culminated in a wonderful fight scene.

My grouse with WW84 was that the final fight scene was yawn-inducing. After all the unnecessary elonagated storyline, the fight scene was just bleh. One of the worst fight scenes I've watched in a superhero movie in recent times.

I was too hyped for it hence my disappointment. I expected a lot more after the initial progress of its prequel.
