Everyone must not watch a movie upon its release. Heck, Dune 2 has been out for months and I never seen it yet. What's the big deal? Everyone is not you, the cinema going type nor have the money to be going to the cinema, which BTW is not cheap. The economic situation in the country is hard.

IMHO, he is, alongside Oyaskii, one of the live wires of this thread especially with Koîce gone. I've fallen waaay off from watching movies and knowing news about movies, movie releases, BO projections etc., and he's one of the reason I get to know some things I know about movie and series news. He's passionate about it. He keeps us updated on day-to-day happenings on Hollywood terrain.

You don't have to like his updates, but some of us do. So, stop trying to antagonize him and discourage him.

Good tubular batteries around 2M, panels like 550W capacity per, budget like 1.5M, guess you'd be getting 5KW inverter, it should carry that load comfortably, though how long your battery backup lasts depends on your load management.

So around 4-5M should be able to take care of it, right?

That DYQUE isn't a known brand. From personal experience would recommend SRNE, their 10KW is about 1.7M at the moment. Growatt is another solid brand. You can do Felicity as well, they have great support but based on recommendation, SRNE and Growatt are better than Felicity.

Batteries are Lithium I guess, make sure you're getting some form of Warranty on em...I saw a group buy of 12KW direct from Chinese manufacturers around 4M, so your 24KW would be around 6.5-7M ish.

Longli panels are Tier 1...Longli, Jinko, Canadian Solar are good brands, would recommend getting them brand new and maybe higher capacity if they're cheaper per KW. 40 panels would need lots of space, so make sure you have that bit covered.

If you have the patience I'd recommend doing your research...I don't even know what you're trying to power. From the estimate you gave, I reckon you'd save at least 5M if you went about the purchase of these things personally...and you'd be sure of what you're getting down to quality of wires, surge protection devices and circuit breakers.

This defence vs attack debate is particularly amusing to me because when the likes of Timbrös & Kîmbeast blames the defence, I see the legit points they made and liked their posts, only for the likes of Nihilîstjnr & Aîrmark to drop their rebuttals attacking the attackers and they drop cogent reasons too and I end up liking their posts. 😂

lol That's while is probably good to buy it in bits of 500GB and spread your files around and also buy a good brand. I have had a Seagate 2TB (4 years) and an LG 1TB (9 years) which are still in top shape because i am extremely careful with them and they rarely leave house, so a good brand matters and that's why i advice people to go for "Transcend", military grade protection but expensive af.

Infact with SATA HDD there is no guarantees, constant write/read wears them down, so my ultimate advice for an external storage is to get an SSD if the person's budget allows it.

Like you said cloud storage is a sure bet, albeit in a country where data charges are more fair. I got an unlimited cloud storage in 2017, and i have only been able to fill up 900GB of it largely thanks to my former workplace unlimited high speed bandwidth, i would have been living under a bridge by now, should that data charge had come out from my personal funds 😩.

How much will a 1TB SSD costs since you said they are better options than HDD.
