Jogs1900:Thank you sir. Na only you dey see am. Others they see tribal sentiments but ignoring the fact that Northerners are the most corrupt in this country. Just look at how they manipulated Emefiele. Even though, we know he is also a thief but they seriously used him. 52 Likes 6 Shares |
Business / Re: BUA CEO, Rabiu Samad Overtakes Adenuga As Nigeria’s Second Richest Person by Berankis: 9:19am On Jan 23 |
When other tribes emerge the richest now, the Northern groups will claim marginalization of northerners. The northerners always feel they own the country, therefore, Nigeria should be in their pockets, which is what they have been doing anyway and why we are where we are today. |
Politics / Re: Stop Targeting Our Politicians In Corruption Probe, Northern Groups Warn EFCC by Berankis: 9:08am On Jan 22 |
Jogs1900:You started well but ended disappointingly. So EFCC should be disbanded because one corrupt and biased ethnic group feels they are being targeted? This is very disappointing! But the so-called Northern groups didn't raise any objections when other tribes were investigated and prosecuted, so when Northerners are involved, then EFCC becomes sponsored! 2 Likes |

But on a serious note, this particular family's issues are still a reflection of how our country is and has been, in chaos! Ruined by greed, selfishness, dishonesty, utter desperation, falsifications, diversions, manipulations, threats and all sorts of terrible antics etc. |
Music/Radio / Re: Top 5 Nigerian Musicians That Money Couldn't Blow by Berankis: 6:48pm On Jan 15 |
You talk as though na everybody go blow for this life. No be so bro, let's learn to appreciate good contributions if there are. Everything must not be money, that how our lives become more and more difficult, cos we choose to worship money. 2 Likes |
Politics / Re: CBN Moves Departments To Lagos State by Berankis: 9:30pm On Jan 13 |
Kreamie:When the past education minister moved NOUN (National Open University of Nigeria) from VI to Abuja abruptly, no one raised any tribal concerns then. Our tribal sentiments keep setting this country backwards. Its funny how Igbos will see nothing wrong when any of their kingsmen is caught in corruption web. Shebi na here we dey when late former Police IG Tafa Balogun went to jail under a Yoruba President and Yorubas did not back him up for his wrong doing, he was left to carry his cross. I am sure he never recovered from the imprisonment till he later died. But if it's other tribes, they start playing the dirty tribal game shamelessly. 1 Like |
Politics / Re: President Tinubu Suspends National Social Investment Programme by Berankis: 3:09am On Jan 13 |
Lovenorth:The Nigerian system was deliberately design to corruption anyone. Stealing and diversion of funds is like a competition in the public service. A system with so much loopholes for you to divert 100s of millions of Naira or even billions, the most righteous will be tempted to take some money and after all no punishment whatsoever. Las las na plea bargaining go end and another cycle of stealing. |
Crime / Re: ASP Edet Inyang Faints After Torture By Army Officers by Berankis: 10:40am On Jan 12 |
madridguy: You know it's a vicious circle. What we always don't know is that the wickedness we plant today will consume us tomorrow. I saw a video of some policemen (a particular policeman) using cane to flog a man in front of his wife. That one held the cane, the next is he started slapping him, all because you are wearing uniform and carrying gun. If you drop all those things, can you fight him one-to-one? |
Crime / Re: Police Nab Notorious ‘One Chance Couple’ In Abuja (Photo) by Berankis: 7:27am On Jan 12 |
If only we can trust the Police, Army and others to always do the right thing. With the way this country has gone so far, I don't trust anybody again and don't believe anything again. How are we sure they are truly "One Chance"? 2females & 1male is somehow to me. I assume the man is the Driver, so the 2women are now the robbers? May be to rob only females sha, not males. Again, are there any weapons used by these guys? |

It's today I understand that the choices we make as individuals could have serious consequences on others who may not have made the same choices. I am so sorry, may your soul rest in peace young woman! Suicide should never be an option. We die trying to make it better, not giving up. |

Politics / Re: One Way: Soldiers Rant, Fault Arrest Of Errant Colleague by Berankis: 7:40pm On Jan 08 |
The Nigerian Soldiers are one of the most useless set of animals in the world, if not, you wouldn't be referring to civilians as "bastards". Those "bastard civilians" gave you the stupid uniform you are wearing and accorded you power that you claim to have, the day they decide to take it from you ("End Sars" for example), you will realize that you are just a dirty and worthless animal. Army Officers abroad carry themselves with so much dignity and accord same to their country men but here they feel the civilians are responsible for their predicaments. Soldiers in Nigeria ought to be the most humble having failed woefully in their responsibilities as a security agency but instead, they are the most vociferous and most arrogant. In my opinion, I feel the Nigerian Army should be disbanded completely and reconstituted with sane and commited professionals (university graduates) and not all these tribal mediocres that we currently have. The current Nigerian Army has outlived its usefulness and totally lost their relevance, they just keep wasting the country's resources without any tangible or meaningful contribution. |
Travel / Re: NIWA V LASG: Supreme Court Affirms FG’s Exclusive Control Of Inland Waterways by Berankis: 7:04pm On Jan 08 |
This was the same reason that made the LASG to claim that the National Roadworthiness Certificate is invalid in Lagos if you registered outside of Lagos State buy bear a Lagos State Number Plate. If the Supreme court can rule on inland waterways, they should be also be able to rule on roads. A National Certificate should be valid anywhere in the country and states should be barred from exploiting the citizens. Now they claim if your Vehicle registration shows engine number in place of Chassis number (Which there VIO Officers registered), you must do a total re-registration of all your documents. But na hypocrisy go kill LASG. I am a Lagosian, I am Yoruba but I see a lot of disparities in the discharge of LASG's duties. Moreso, they always try to extort Lagos State residents unduly, criminally and by all means necessary. With all the demolitions and destructions going on in some parts of Lagos Mainland and some parts of the Island, how come LABSCA don't ever regulate all the illegal house constructions on the Lagos Island - Isale Eko to be precise? You see all sorts of abnormal/illegal/unhealthy/defective/unapproved/unsafe constructions all over the place without LABSCA's interference. This shows how overzealous, unprofessional, biased and unscrupulous the LASG is their so-called oversight of the state's development. |
Politics / Re: VeryDarkMan Visits Bokkos Village Invaded By Gunmen, Exposes $27,500 Tin Mineral by Berankis: 6:40pm On Jan 05 |
ObiCertificate:Nothing will be exposed soon.We will continue to live like this, that is if it doesn't get worse than this. We are a heap of hypocritical people, blinded by religious, political and tribal bullshits. We will continue to live like this... Since we are not ready to sacrifice for the common good of the country, then we will have to accept whatever comes our way. No one is secured in this country, anybody can be killed at any fukin time. 6 Likes 1 Share |

I feel you guys should just calm down. She only made some unprecedented remarks, hasn't commited the act yet. It's left for the Fiance to understudy the lady thoroughly, study her behavior if it's okay with him, go through her phone thoroughly and be sure she is okay. This message to me is not really a big deal and most especially in this era where young men and women feel no wrong sleeping around. I assume, she might not be a virgin but is she of good character & trustworthy from physical assessments? If yes, then you are good to go... |

Chinjo2:What is responsible for Nigerians' wickedness and greed! Even in the face of a glaring truth, they still choose to lie! You employ people only to turn them to rags, why? And then, turn around to around to hold them responsible for your bad image. Image you tarnished yourself. |
