When I say Lagos State operates a criminal system of Government, this act demonstrated by the Lagos State's reckless Commissioner is what I mean.
They always run a parallel Government with the Federal system.
The federal government issues National Drivers Licence - Lagos State will issue another Licence and tag it LASDRI (Lagos State Drivers Institute) just to generate revenue
The Federal Government instituted the National Road Worthiness Certificate - Lagos State Government will insist it must be Lagos Issued for Lagosians
The same ACT establishing the VIS is national and not state determined. But Lagos State Government will insist they are not bound by a Federal High Court judgement. Aren't all these criminal?
A lot more other criminal acts that the LASG engage in, all in abnormal revenue generation drive.
