You want us to tell you? Well, since the delegates left it to the public, it's safe to conclude that they had nothing to hide. Most of the delegates from Rivers voted for a former house of reps speaker among the aspirants.

Delta has a sitting PDP Governor, sitting PDP LG chairmen , PDP state House of Menmbers, Federal Legislators ( Senate and House of reps), BOTs, party executives etc.

Lagos has only party executives, few elected party members if any, same for other states without a PDP Governor. so you see why they say the south-south block and the South-East will determine to a greater extent who becomes the party's presidential candidate.

To qualify as a delegate to a national convention, you must have held or still hold an elective office in the party, a position not lower than a member of the house of Rep or it equivalent.
Appointed ministers, previous or present, are also allowed in some parties.
